Very disappointed I schedule an appointment on a Saturday. I was told my appointment was scheduled on a Wednesday 3/17/21. Guy arrives to my house. Only to tell my husband he can’t clean my couch . Which is odd because I’ve gotten this couch and loveseat upholstery before. Then he leaves without a explanation on why he couldn’t do it. Bad customer service I will not recommend this establishment to neither to family or friends.

OMG where do I begin affordable upholstery carpet cleaning to the rescue. They were so professional when I called and understanding because I called in frantically because I have an Airbnb bed and breakfast and the prior guest left the home a mess urine and Play-Doh everywhere (don't ask) and I had a 3-hour window before the next guest was checking in. I called and they were so professional on the phone they calm me down they got someone out right away carpets were cleaned the new guest are happy and he even got out stains that other carpet cleaners couldn't get out which was a candle wax stain and some paints stains that had got on the carpet. They went above and beyond to make sure Not only was my carpets okay but my business was okay. I love the way that they cared they followed up they sent me before and after pictures they sent me an invoice so that I can send in as a claim for for destruction of my property. I can't thank you enough I will always go with this carpet cleaner and I recommend them highly!!!

The guys were very professional. They did a great job. They even came back out to deodorize our furniture even though it was like some distance away, they had no problem with it. We are pleased and very impressed.

I was recommended to A-Affordable Carpet Cleaning by a friend. I called several places and none of them beat A-Affordable’s price. I called and spoke with Elizabeth who was very friendly and professional. She got us scheduled for an appointment two days out which was earlier than anticipated. Tom was the cleaner they assigned. His job before mine ran over on time. Tom kept me up to date with his arrival time. I greatly appreciated his communication.
Ok, now on to the actual cleaning. HOLY SMOKES! He did a WONDERFUL job! I have three kids and two dogs (one is a puppy). He made my carpets look amazing. I paid a little extra for deodorizer and it is definitely worth it. The product they used smells good but the deodorizer adds extra freshness.
Tom was professional, courteous and extremely effort. I will definitely be using this company again. Thank you all for your hard work!

Wow, what a terrific experience from start to finish. Elizabeth was super responsive to my request and got me on the schedule within two days. Our Technician Tom, called in advance, was on time, and very professional.He went straight to work and did an amazing job especially on the stairs which were in pretty bad shape (thanks Tom!). I would not hesitate to refer them to my friends and will use them in the future. Do yourself a favor, if you need carpet cleaning call A Affordable Carpet.

This is my second time having my carpets cleaned and carpet repairs with A Affordable and each time they've done a fantastic job start to finish. They were willing to come out NEXT DAY and were incredibly professional, prompt and their work came out fantastic. Their prices are incredibly reasonable too.

We had a great experience with this company. They came out and cleaned some upholstery that had been stained pretty bad by our previous tenants. Elizabeth & Jeff were a breeze to work with. We will be working with them again for sure!

We were very pleased with this company from start to finish. It was very easy to set up an appointment without having to wait weeks for the cleaning. It was also VERY easy to get an estimate of the cost without all the gimmicks typically done to inflate the price. It was simple straight forward pricing. We had both carpeting and upholstery cleaning and both were done well. We had a few spots on the carpet that we weren't sure could get removed. We had tried to clean with our own home carpet cleaner with no success. However A Affordable Carpet was able to get them all removed. The stairs were also done extremely well. All of this work was done at a reasonable price and the people who came to our house were very personable. We plan to use A Affordable Carpet the next time our carpet needs to be professionally cleaned.

We had a really good experience with this company. Scheduling our carpet cleaning was a breeze. Jeff and Tom arrived on time. They listened to our requests and gave advice on what they could do about a few really tough old stain spots and helped us to understand the severity of these stains. Then they got right to work. These guys worked hard and diligently. We are very happy with the outcome. We will be sharing the quality of service with others and recommend this company highly.

Got them because of their ratings. Job wise they did well. But apparently shoe booties while cleaning carpet needs to be requested. Didn't think I had to request shoe booties while they are cleaning my carpet, that they have to walk through after they are done cleaning it. Charged me $2 per step, ok. But in order for them to leave they had to walk through the steps again. They said 6 to 7 hours to dry. 24 hours later, still wet. Had a fan and dehumidifier in the rooms. Hopefully 36 hours is the magic drying time. Also, found cheaper prices with other companies. Their communication was good!!
