These guys are absolutely amazing! We had a water main break on a Sunday afternoon and no one, I mean no one would come out to assist except these guys! Chad and his TEAM did everything they could to make a horrible situation better. Had a plumber her to fix the problem and then went right into the water remediation process! Absolutely amazing service all around. Couldn't be happier with everything they did for us!

Contacted Chad to see if they can assist me with fixing a door. He sent guys out to the property I manage without no notice than he proceeded to tell me that a lot of their clients have empty rental with lockboxes. their customers have lockboxes so they can access properties when they can. Which is fine. But I gave him a solution since we had no lockbox. All he or his team needed to do is give me 30 minutes advance notice and I would of been there or had someone else meet them.

The benefits of living in Indianapolis is that you can find someone else.

They did an exceptional job. The technician Matt was extremely fast, diligent with tough stains, and very polite. When they finished, it looked, smelt, and felt like I just had new carpet laid. Awesome service!

I used Integrity for air duct cleaning. Collin, the service tech, was prompt and professional. I just had surgery and was not able to fully prepare for the duct cleaning, Collin took over and moved the items I couldn’t. I was very impressed. Collin was well dressed, spoke professionally and was compassionate to my situation. The equipment was clean and did not ding, dent or scuff anything. I will absolutely be using Integrity again!

We did not understand how dirty our carpet was until integrity carpet care was able to change it back to the original color. They were fast and efficient. I will be choosing integrity again.

Chad and his team are awesome! I have 25 year old Berber carpet in my house and every time I have them come out to clean it, I'm blown away at how good it looks when they leave. Having a dog and cat in the house means I need to stay on top of getting this old carpet cleaned after any unfortunate "accidents" and I'm always happy when they leave because I feel like I have new carpet, it looks so good. Pricing is competitive and worth every penny. Highly recommended from me and I'll never use another carpet cleaner as long as I have carpets in my house. Thanks again Integrity!

After doing some research, I chose Integrity Carpet Care because they came highly recommended from a friend. Chad was very pleasant over the phone and gave me a referral discount (great surprise!) Matt cleaned our 3 bedroom, 2 living area, dining area, stairway by himself and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would certainly use them in the future !!

At our first meeting, Chad was extremely helpful in understanding what I was looking for and coming up with a solution. I appreciated his enthusiasm for the project. While there was a delay in my product arriving from the maker, Chad kept me informed throughout the process. The installation went well. Chad is amazing! Always answers his phone immediately, the fastest response time I've had from a carpet company. They provide excellent customer service from beginning to end. The high quality carpet is awesome and warranties for 10 years (some are 15 years if you really go big) I had a limited budget and they worked with me to get what I wanted at the price I could afford. After doing some carpet comparisons, this was low pricing for high quality - I can't get better than that! They installed it quickly leaving time for them to carpet clean a few extra rooms for me. The installation and cleaning were professionally done and everything was cleaned up nicely afterward. Both my kids, my wife, and my dog love it. I did good! Actually, they did good for me!
