First time using this service. Was recommended by our carpet installer. Our carpet hadn’t been professionally cleaned since it was installed. Caleb was our technician. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He was thorough and did a great job. We will use this company and request Caleb when it is time for another carpet cleaning.

We had another great experience with Chem-Dry! Kevin the owner took my call and was extremely pleasant to talk to. Joel was our technician and he was very kind and easily answered every question we had! He was very efficient and gentle with our home. We tried another carpet cleaning company recently and was extremely disappointed. They banged into our walls, and actually caused damage which they had to pay for. We immediately said we’ll never use anyone again but Chem-dry because we’ve always had a great experience with them! We’ve had Kevin’s team clean our carpets a handful of times and always been happy. Thank you Kevin and Joel for making our carpet literally look new!!

Completely satisfied with the carpet cleaning performed by Caleb with Chem Dry. He arrived at the stated time, was friendly & professional. He did a thorough job with attention to detail. Caleb handled the furniture he moved with care. He even mopped up the few small amounts of water on the kitchen floor!

Joel did a great job with removing the urine and fecal odor from our pets in two of our bedrooms! We have a guest coming in 2 weeks and we wanted to make sure that the room smelled fresh and their deodorizer definitely made it smell fresh! Would recommend to everyone who has pets that often use the bathroom in their house from time to time! Will definitely use again!

They did a fantastic job of cleaning and reconditioning our 20-year-old leather couch which was dry and cracked.
It looks so great and better than we ever thought it could ever look again. Even the technician was happily surprised! I would definitely use again and refer to others!

Called them on short notice for a pet related emergency and the last 2 places I checked were busy. He came right over and made it looked good as new- even cleaned up some stains we didn't realize were still cleanable.

We have used Premier Steam Cleaning for several years. They always do an excellent job. Their prices are fair, and the technicians are polite and friendly.

Being a scientist myself by profession, I was impressed with his understanding of both surface and airborne pathogens, and the best defense against them without the use of harsh chemicals that could potentially cause harm to the surface or the occupants of the space. He detailed the differences between sanitizer, antibacterial, and disinfectant solutions he uses best suited to complete the task.
