I was able to get on the schedule for the next day. The scheduler was polite and professional answering my questions and getting me scheduled.

The serviceman was prompt, pleasant and professional. He did a very good job of cleaning my carpet and even took the time to allow me to check it to see if I was pleased.

I would definitely used them again and would highly recommend them.

I have used Chem-Dry years ago so I thought I’d try them again. I called on Wednesday and them scheduled me for Thursday. So great prompt service. Great results for my carpet. I called a week on the following Tuesday because there was a dark small area after my carpet dried that kept getting bigger. I called and they came back on Wednesday. Great service.

Best part of the whole experience was JOE A. Great customer service. So personable. Had me laughing and had a great time...most carpet cleaning companies send their technicians out they are get done get out and really don’t care if your happy. Joe moved our ottoman that I can’t move by myself. I couldn’t believe it. JOE I thank you!! When I call again I definitely will ask for Joe to come 😃

Caleb Pugh cleaned a few rooms and a stairway for us this week. We had some soiled areas that we weren’t sure could be cleaned well. However, Caleb did a great job and was able to make the 25 year old carpet look like new! He was very professional, communicated effectively, on-time, and an overall great rep for Chem-Dry. Great to know there are still people like Caleb in customer service roles!!

Kevin was able to come earlier than appointment He answered all my questions and proceeded to prepare the carpet for cleaning I am really happy with results and will have this service again

I have been using chem-dry by Kevin Jones for years and I am always impressed! We have small children, dogs and cats, and someone is always ruining the carpet. Chem-Dry gets up the hard stains and leaves everything smelling clean and fresh!

Joash was very professional and thorough with our carpet cleaning. He took the time to explain all of our options and left our carpets looking great!

Had ChemDry service my carpet today and had an amazing experience! Caleb was beyond friendly, professional and knew exactly what to do to relieve my anxiety of having small children and the frustrations of bed wetting. Pricing was affordable and a huge plus to add some deodorizers and anti allergen chemicals as well!

The Chem Dry technician cleaned our 3 year old carpeting and made it look and smell brand new! I didn’t think it was possible to clean our landing at the bottom and top of our stairs, but our technician performed magic!! So happy with the results of our carpet cleaning. Overall, a decent job. Unfortunately there was still the hint of pet urine after the treatment. The technician made a great effort. We plan to rip these carpets up after the new year regardless.

Shawn cleaned my carpets and he was wonderful. He was very professional and worked hard to address my concerns. On the other hand I had issues with the office. When I called to make the appointment I was told $50 per room...no mention of square footage. I was told for my living room, dining room and bedroom it would be about $200. I was told if I wanted special treatments there would be additional charges. What they didn't tell me is that if the room measures over 220 square ft it will be charged as 2 rooms EVEN IF THE CARPET AREA BEING CLEANED is less than 40% of the room. My bedroom measured approximately 226 square ft HOWEVER there is a king size sleigh bed w/headboard and footboard, 2 night stands, full sized chest of drawers and a triple dresser in that room the carpet area being cleaned is a walking area of about 3 1/2 ft on one side of the bed, about 3 ft across the end of the bed and about 5 ft on the other side of the bed.....THAT IS NOT 220 sq ft. My $200 job ended up costing me $50 per room for 4 rooms even though it was really 3 rooms. My final bill was $480. WATCH OUT they are scamming their customers. The carpets look great but I can't afford that much to clean my carpets that aren't even that dirty. No heavy stains, no heavy wear $5000 carpet only 2yrs old and 1 person lives here doesn't wear shoes on the carpet. BEWARE unless you have money to throw away. These pictures are BEFORE cleaning

We have old dogs and the carpet needed attention in many places. I was sure new carpet was the only answer but we are quite happy that things look and smell good after the treatments provided by ChemDry! Expensive but very much worth the price.
