They said they would come clean our carpet we waited, then a long verbose diatribe later the owner said he had to go. Wr are stuck with dirty carpet. Try anyone else

I attempted to schedule services with this business for a week without any success. I sent several messages trying to schedule services, several messages were ignored, but I was promptly responded to when a comment was left on their Facebook page. As stated to the business owner, I hope this terrible level of customer service is not trending for his business. Proceed at your own risk.

We made an appoimtment with HutchPro Carpet Cleaning @ 5 pm. We got no follow up call from the company. 5:15 Still no HutchPro Cleaning. We Finally got tired of waiting and called the company. The Owner of the company answered the phone and stated the our appointment wasnt till 7pm which was incorrect. He Stated that the appoint was at 7 and even then he wasnt sure that he could be here at the time. We run a Local company and thought using another local company would be our best bet. we where wrong. Do not use HutchPro unless you like not showing when scheduled. Im not sure why the company ratings where high on angies list. We decide not to use HutchPro.

On January 18th, I scheduled to get my carpets cleaned for Feb 6th, he even asked if I preferred morning or afternoon to which I replied morning. I figured that I had it booked. On January 31st he send me a message asking me if I would like to schedule an appt. because we never confirmed. He just never replied to my last message where I stated that I preferred morning. Before then I even asked if he could stop by my house so I could get an accurate estimate and he wouldn't, he just wanted to give the estimate through text. Very unprofessional.

He was on time and professional. I call him for all of my carpet, mattress and furniture cleaning needs and I am always pleased with his service. I highly recommend this company.

HutchPro was very prompt in responding to my inquiries. He provided a detailed description of each level of service and answered any questions that were asked. He removed all of the pet and kid stains and provided information on how to avoid having any future issues.

We have used this company service since 2009 twice a year. He is always on time, there has never been any issues. Very polite, professional, helpful advise on keeping our carpet and other household items clean. Would recommend over and over again.

I had a carpet cleaning emergency! Our 55 gallon aquarium sprang a leak last week. So after spending quite a bit to replace the aquarium, I also needed a thorough cleaning. I initially scheduled with another well known company (honestly because I remembered the song), but I prefer to support small businesses. A friend sent the number and not only was Hutch Pro able to get me in before the other guys, but also cleaned more rooms for less money! Bomus, he didn’t expect for me to take off work with a wide 4 hour range of time to wait for a call! I saved money and time which are both precious to me!
If that wasn’t enough, he also text me after leaving to let me know that my garage door was open! Do yourself a favor and call him! He just needs a catchy jingle and would surely put the other guys out of business!
