The service was amazing!! My carpet is two years old and I have 3 children so imagine how much it needed a good shampoo! Rob was professional and pleasant and did and amazing job. My carpet looked brand new once he was finished. I wish I had taken before pictures.

HutchPro came to clean my carpet a couple of days ago. The service he provided was beyond exceptional. One thing I like the best is that he evaluated the carpet and explained it to us in detail before taking our money. He let us know that our carpet was not in bad shape and that his service was not really provided but we just wanted the carpet cleaned for a piece of mind. Any other business individual would have took our money and didn't care but HutchPro customer service is excellent.

Hutch Pro did an impeccable job on our carpets today. Robert showed up on time and communicated with me that he was on the way before he got here. When he got here, I found him to be among the most professional and courteous people I have ever met. He explained to me how his cleaning process works, and how the cleaning solutions he uses are non-toxic and safe for our animals. He went to work immediately and the results are amazing. Our carpet looks like it was when it was new, and those few stubborn stains that I have worked on with my carpet cleaning machine are now gone! As long as Hutch Pro is in business, I will not be using anyone else. Robert certainly earned this customer's loyalty!

Being fairly new to the Greenwood area, it was challenging to decide what cleaning company to try as there are so many! I've been in my home about 3 years now and never got around to doing any cleaning or replacing of the carpet before we moved in, so I felt it was time for a nice good clean before having family come for our daughter’s first birthday party. I stumbled upon HutchPro while doing searches for reviews and thought I'd give them a try since I really do like to use small businesses where possible. I was very pleased with Robert's quick response to email inquiries and overall communication. Being in the customer service industry, communication is a big plus! He answered all of my questions and scheduled within my time requirement. He showed up today on time and was friendly and thorough. We did a walkthrough of the rooms I wanted done, he gave me good feedback on the status of various rooms in my house. I was pleasantly surprised that my carpet didn’t seem to be in as bad of shape as I had through it was! Thanks for that feedback, Rob!  With how easy Robert was to work with and the great job he did on my carpets, I plan to do this at least once a year which will extend the life and appearance of my carpet saving me money in replacement. I needed cleaning service for my carpet so I decided to look on Google maps for the nearest carpet cleaning services. I went to the HutchPro carpet Cleaning page and saw that there was a promo going on for 3 bedroom @ $90 so I decided to inquire. Robert was quick at replying and we scheduled cleaning within a few days from contacting. I only needed 2 rooms cleaned so he ended up hooking it up with a few extra details in the cleaning service at no cost. I'm satisfied with the work he did. I do look forward to using his services again.

Mr. Hutch delivered exceptional service as always. I reached out to schedule a sofa cleaning and he was available the next afternoon! I didn’t take before pics so it’s kind of pointless to upload after pics of the work, but the couch and love seat look brand new again. Great service! Robert cleaned 4 bedrooms, hallway, and our steps. We have 3 active children and always have guests over, so our carpet was ready to be cleaned throughly. He explained everything once arriving. He also provided shoe covers just incase we needed to walk through. The price was very reasonable for his time and service. I am very grateful and will use his services again.

This is a very good cleaning company. They were consistently punctual and did the job satisfactorily.

They stripped the residue off my hardwood floors. They look like new! Even got some glitter off from and art project and paint splatter.
