Have thick carpet,three dogs Chem Dry always does a great job for me. Joe was my cleaner. He was informative and professional.

Caleb did a very professional job cleaning my carpet. He was courteous, careful, efficient and knowledgeable about the process. I highly recommend them and will hire them again when it’s time to clean the carpet again.

Had 2 wool area rugs that needed cleaning. I have hard wood floors so I chose Chem-Dry because of the no water used for cleaning. Caleb and Joash came and introduced themselves. They came in and assessed the rugs then told me the plan. They were knowledgeable, professional, and were done in a timely manner. And my rugs had not been cleaned for a few years. They even spent extra time with them to really get them clean….great service!! And they were really personable, nice guys! I will certainly use Chem-Dry by Kevin Jones again!

Technician was kind, but not the most mannerly (wearing street shoes all throughout our home without shoe covers & dragging tubes all along our walls). Carpet feels crunchy now that it has dried & stains are still present.

From start to finish, the service was outstanding! Nichole was wonderful on the phone and quickly provided a very reasonable quote—far lower than competitors. Fletcher, our technician, was professional, courteous, and thorough. He explained the process clearly and gave us easy instructions for drying our sectional. The whole job was completed efficiently in about an hour and a half. Couldn’t be happier with the experience! We will definitely use them in the future and recommend them.

Joash had come to clean our family room carpet. Our dog had had an accident & they were able to work us in the next day. We’ve been through this before & I kept it damp. Joash did a great job of cleaning our carpet and you can’t even tell where the worst spots were. We always call them for our carpet needs & highly recommend them!!!

Caleb was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and diligent in his work cleaning our carpets in our new house and you can tell that he takes pride in his craft. He walked through the entire house with me and explained the cleaning process and what areas of our carpets would need more treatments since the previous owners had pets. We knew the carpets needed a good cleaning and we are super glad we chose Chem Dry for the job. As you can see in the photos, there’s such a big difference! We would definitely recommend their services and will use them again in the future for maintaining cleanliness in our home throughout the year.

We had a cream colored 3 inch shag rug that was stained and had been used by our pets. We were going to trash it but gave Kevin a call. I didn’t have much hope but we were shocked that it came out looking brand new! To top it off, they said it would take anywhere from 7-14 days and I had my rug back 3 days after the got me the estimate. I wish I had called sooner!

Made appointment to clean carpets, 5 br Living room and large family room. Two sets of long stairs. 3 cat 2 dog home. Lots of pet hair and cat throw up stains. Got a call tech was on the way. Showed up on time and after we discussed the plan and an estimate, he began to work. Worked very hard without stopping for 6 hours. Removed every stubborn stain. He cleaned stairs that it seemed would be too dirty to be able to clean. Well done. Incredible job. Carpets look wonderful. Cleaned up afterward and was extremely professional and very pleasant. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thanks again for the great cleaning work!

We had Joel Ray come out and treat two rooms in our home. He was exactly what any company would want out of an employee who represents them. He was kind and professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. My carpets look better than they have and we had some great conversation while he worked. We will definitely be using this business again.
