Integrity Carpet Care went above and beyond when they cleaned my carpet. All of my pet stains were gone and my carpets looked brand new. Not only did they do an excellent job on cleaning my carpets but the professionalism and respect when communicating with them just made me so happy. Chad is a great businessman with great communication. I would recommend Chad!

While I was checking reviews for a carpet cleaning service, I came across Integrity Carpet Care. The reviews were great, so I gave them a call. I spoke with Chad the owner and was so impressed with his friendly and professional demeanor. The two guys who came to clean were on time, polite and left the carpets looking so wonderful and like new again. I will definitely use this service again and highly recommend them.

We unexpectedly discovered water in a portion of our basement carpet and water damage on an area of our finished basement wall. We contacted Integrity Carpet Services who has cleaned and repaired our carpets since 2017. Thanks to Integrity Remediation Services, we quickly discovered that the leak was caused by a pinhole in an outdoor hosebib. Integrity removed the damaged drywall and insulation, thoroughly dried the affected area, treated the framing to prevent mold and contacted a plumbing to replace the hosebib. And we were able to save the carpet. Integrity’s quick, thorough, and skilled response saved us significant time and money. Because of the quality completed job, you can’t tell the repaired area from the rest of the basement walls.

Chad and his team at Integrity Carpet are friendly and make scheduling an appointment easy. When a dirty pad caused stains to reappear in my carpet, they returned promptly and implemented several techniques to resolve the issue. I appreciated the expertise and follow-up effort they brought to the situation. It really shows the value of hiring a true professional!

We have used Rob several times. He does a great job. He even saved us thousands, because we ended up not needing to buy new carpet.

We told the guy not to treat our carpet with anything. He did anyway. The treatment has made me very sick. He told us it was a biodegradable natural thing called Rinseaway neutralizer. He told the board of health it was Hydrogen peroxide.

I'm not elergic to Hydrogen Peroxide and who in their right mind would put that on their carpet it will bleach out the color.

I'm filing a law suit to have the carpet replaced.

Came out to clean my carpet this week and rid of pet and odor. I still smell pet urine A LITTLE but I figure I might need more than one THOROUGH cleaning. For the price I sort of expected more. But carpet looks a lot better than before.

Highly recommend HutchPro Carpet Cleaning! I needed an emergency mattress cleaning #pottytraining2yearold and Mr. Robert came out the same day and got the mattress back to new and considering it's a brand new mattress I am able to tell what a thorough job he did on the section that needed cleaning. Price was fair, he's knowledgeable and explained everything and very polite. If I can't get my regular guy out, Mr. Robert will more than meet my needs! Thank you!
