Unprofessionally called me at 11 at night the night before to ask about adding an extra mover to help out with the time and I asked if this would be extra and they proceeded to say no it would be no extra cost to me. So I agreed to it because they said it would help to not go over my time limit that I had scheduled for the next morning. They show up late and they had no idea what they were grabbing no matter how many times I said what they were supposed to be grabbing and then when we were going to leave to the other house where they’re dropping off my stuff, they proceeded to tell me they were gonna make a stop to get something to drink and eat. I said no it’s only 10 in the morning. You guys are gonna go over the time just wait and have breakfast after they still stopped for food and a drink went over the time and then tried to charge me almost $300 more than the agreed-upon amount. I do not recommend that you call them. I don’t care what they say. They’re helping the movers had no idea what they were doing. They caused damage in the new house so I don’t recommend!!!

Definitely affordable, easy and quick scheduling. They were very helpful to accommodate and work with me on what I needed.

The movers and the service they provided was the best-quick and efficient . Also the staff that assisted my call was very professional. Would definitely use them again.

Sherman, Chris, & Anthony were quick & efficient!! I didn’t exactly pack well, but they were able to get everything out of my storage unit safely and everything made it to the destination. They were very helpful and put everything where it needed to be. I would definitely use their services again. Thank you guys again.

They have just started offering a cleaning service and I truly don’t know why they wanted this long! They’re MUCH more affordable than their competition & I’m beyond happy with the results! Kaylee is just so fun and friendly while also delivering on cleaning! Definitely will be referring my family and friends

Our daughter was just a couple days from her due date and she had a chance to get into a nice house, everything had to happen fast because baby could of arrived at any moment, we were little stressed about how to get her moved in a couple days. I got in contact with Elite Movers on Friday and they moved her that Sunday.
Amazing service, amazing guys that moved her. Handled everything with care as if the stuff was their own.
We couldn't have done it without them.

I'm giving 1 star overall but I did receive good service and communication from Schawn prior to my scheduled move on 3/1/2025. However, during my move, the two movers were responsible for damage done to a tv/fireplace console that resulted in it having to be trashed. Movers and I both took pictures of the console damage and reported this to Schawn before they left. Schawn gave me an email to send pix and to file a claim for the damage, which I did day of including the cost from the manufacturer to replace it. I have texted Schawn many times to get a status on this claim and I've been shutdown. No response by text, call, email, or an apology from Elite Movers. I am terribly disappointed because of everything this company is and stands for. My hope is I will update this review when they honor my claim.

Helped us move from Westfield to Greenwood. Team we had was very courteous and gentle with our belongings. There was one small damage to one of our pieces of furniture but they were quick to let us know. The management team worked with us to get reimbursed for the damage and make it right. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to move!

Update 10/24: The buyers of our home reached out to our realtor stating that the movers didn't cap the washer and dryer valve correctly so it leaked for over 5 days into the walls, floors, etc ruining several things. They are reaching out to the company separately but this is all so unprofessional! We still have yet to hear from the owners about the issues we had.

The movers that came to our home were so unprofessional. I recognize we had a lot of stuff but it took them 6 hours to load up the truck. We were not present the whole time they were loading the truck because we were at closing appointments. Our neighbors mentioned that there were long drawn out periods of time they did not see any movers outside loading the truck and even several instances of them taking 20-30 minute breaks playing with their dogs. On top of all that, they stole beer that was in our garage and was drinking it on the job and while driving the truck. They finished unloading the truck in under two hours because my partner jumped in the truck and started unloading and we told them to just place everything in the garage because we were concerned at how late it was getting (close to 6pm). They are paid hourly and were already up to 8 hours (we were quoted it'd only take 5-6 hours total). When we called the manager to let him know the situation he knocked $100 off but said that's all he could do but would let the owners know of the situation. We've tried to reach back out multiple times but have yet to hear from anyone else. Several of our items were damaged and we also were left multiple items that didn't belong to us? Overall do not recommend. I hope management will call us and rectify this situation further but I'm not hopeful seeing as they already charged the credit card we had to put on file.

Brandon and Johnny did a great job handling our family’s multi-stop move to transfer belongings from my grandmother’s home to four different family members spread all across the city. They took great care in wrapping everything to make sure her belongings were protected and were great sports about hauling a large refrigerator down to my basement. Would definitely use them for future moves and highly recommend them to others!

How can I start, my 75 year old mom called to have 4 beds, 12 boxes two dressers, 3 night stands and 3 mattress moved. I broke down all the beds, and all the boxes was sealed and at the front door. So we had a split load.. Some storage some to the new home she was quoted $575.00 at two hours. We had three movers. I am not blaming them. The movers wrap all the furniture even the stuff going to storage, which made no sense. The movers advised me that we should have been giving the option to wrap it ourself or not have it wrap. So with that being said my mom was taken advantage of. Out of concern. I spoke to Josh he was rude stated they are the cheapest. Josh also stated this is different I usually have people call becauae things are not wrapped. Being very condescending. Buyer beware once the service is rendered customer service is out the door. At the end of the day the time was stretched to 6.5 hours with a $1200 bill. So wrap your own items with plastic and drop cloths. Eliminate their time. This was our first experience using movers. I got it now....I love reviews!!! I will test this company again being 100% prepared with everything ready. Just to test their honesty.

Amazing, this company is still not being honest. They told me they gave me $50 off not $100. And the never never never never estimated 7 hours. If you are reading this review don't use this company they are thief's and it seems habitual liars. Yes, I did give the guys a compliment. To bad their reflection is with a bad company.

Rob and Nick were hands down the best movers. Elite Affordable Movers were professional, clean, tedious, and respectful with their work. 10/10 isn’t a high enough rating for the team that moved us. Highly recommend and would do business with again.

Looking for a great moving company Elite Affordable Movers was incredibly responsive and transparent throughout the entire process. Sharman, Ben and Terry were great. They provided a clear and accurate proposal, answered all my questions patiently, and kept me informed every step of the way.

Forget waiting around! The team arrived right on time, both for loading and unloading. They worked quickly and carefully, treating my belongings with the utmost respect.
The movers were not only strong but also incredibly skilled at packing, disassembling, and reassembling furniture. They handled everything with care and precision, ensuring nothing was damaged.
Sharman, Ben and Terry went above and beyond to make my move stress-free. They were happy to accommodate my requests and even offered helpful tips for unpacking and settling in.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Elite Affordable Movers during my mother’s recent move. This was an emotional transition, as she was leaving the home she shared with my late father for over 45 years. Unfortunately, the unprofessionalism and poor service provided by this company only added to the stress.

Unprofessional Behavior: One of the staff members openly criticized the amount of belongings my mother had, which was deeply hurtful.

Lack of Reliability: A staff member arrived late, and another left at noon, leaving us shorthanded on a very challenging day.

Unauthorized Decisions: Without consulting me (I’m her power of attorney), the team made an agreement to disassemble her RV awning. This was done without my approval, and the results were disastrous.

Damages and Extra Costs: The RV awning, which was supposed to be sold, was damaged by the movers, causing the sale to fall through. On top of that, we had to pay the campground an extra fee to clean up the mess the movers left behind on the lot.

Unacceptable Payment Demands: Despite incomplete and unauthorized work, I was forced to pay $1,000. Later, one worker returned for only 30 minutes of work and requested even more cash.

This experience was nothing short of a nightmare. It was emotionally and financially draining, and I feel completely taken advantage of during a vulnerable time.

I cannot recommend Elite Affordable Movers. Their lack of professionalism, care, and accountability is unacceptable. Potential clients deserve to know the risks of hiring this company.

Very wonderful people to work with. Response time was impeccable. I haven’t gotten a chance to use their service yet. Due to unforeseen and unexpected events. Such is life. Even then, they were understanding and not resentful or just not reply because they realize they won’t be getting money from you. Like some companies. They are extremely helpful and kind. I will be using them and only them in the future. And will always recommend them. Treating people like human and being understanding is what is important to me. I’m a single mother who is currently dealing with a lot at once and not always with a decent time frame so scurrying around to get things done in the time frame you are given no matter how short a notice you receive. This company was the ONLY place that was kind and understanding. Even though I have not gotten the pleasure to use you guys YET! I look forward to working with you in the future and will help support your business in any way I can until then. 😊

They ghosted me. It's always some excuse. They have all my stuff with no follow up. Please go somewhere else or do it yourself.

I scheduled with Elite movers on Feb 28 for my move on 4/15- they took my $100 deposit. Since then I have tried to contact for various questions by email, phone and text with no response. I emailed them that since they have not responded I will need my deposit back as is allowable per the contract I cannot trust they will show up to move us.. Still no response.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND! We were not refunded our $100 deposit.

This company was great! We got same day service as the other company canceled. The cost was very reasonable. Although they were later than expected, Dion and Steve were very personable and did a great job!

If the owner s name is Josh , his moving company is the best I have ever used ! Everything from start to finish was perfect !

Great job booking and paying attention to detail on the move needs. When it came time, Sherman and Mike were excellent in handling fragile items as well as being very fast at un/loading. Great choice, competitive pricing, will use again if/when I move again!

We were scheduled with a different moving company who left us high and dry on our moving day. I called Elite Affordable Movers and they quickly assembled a crew for us and had them out in just a few hours. Incredible. They saved our day and the guys were awesome. We’re so grateful to the entire team for making it happen at the last minute for us. We planned so much around this day and if we hadn’t found Elite Affordable Movers, I can’t imagine how miserable we would have been in this process.
