My townhome had never been deep cleaned by the property management company. I finally decided to find someone to do it. ANI did an excellent job and my place looks brand new. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning.

We just had our first clean from The Cleaning Authority today, and it was great! A team of 3 ladies came to do initial clean A, which includes a deep clean of the bathrooms and kitchen. They managed to clean around me and my one-year-old, and they endured nonstop "Baby Shark" songs and dogs barking in the background while they worked. They were also here for a very stinky diaper change. Whatever they're paid...it's not enough. They did a good, thorough job cleaning the house. Everything looks great, and they provided exactly the service described on their website and in our quote. We had a cleaning company in the past that used products that left the house smelling like chemicals. After the Cleaning Authority left, though, I don't smell anything other than the normal house smell. Sensitive noses rejoice! My favorite thing about The Cleaning Authority is how streamlined and easy it is to manage. They have a very clear plan for cleaning every time they visit, and they rotate the areas of the home that get deep cleaned so that every room is deep cleaned every 4 visits. They have an app to manage scheduling and payment, and apparently it will even tell me when the team is on their way. They bring their own cleaning supplies, which are all (according to them) safe to use in a house with pets and kids. Overall, I'm really pleased with our experience so far!

We had given up searching for a beloved bracelet likely lost digging through seat cushions for a fallen remote. The Team left the jewelry on top of the note apprising us of their areas of concentration today. What a great feeling! Back in the day, one would blame the maids for lost items. Today, TCA found one! Woo-hoo!

First clean. Two ladies came and even though they did not know the house, were very professional and thorough. Did a nice job. Will definitely have them back again.

We have used The Cleaning Authority for around three years. They are on time, do a very nice job cleaning, communicate well, and are a fair price! Overall - great value. Claudia and Maria did a great job on the last clean tackling the sheets on my daughters bunk bed (that has a big mattress) and cleaning a mess my dog made. I so appreciate the extra effort that went into these tasks.

Wonderful cleaners. They got every corner, baseboard and windowsill. Floors are mopped and ven dusted/cleaned art frames. The deep cleaned months of dirt away at a good price. Having them back for monthly cleans.
