I am grateful for HME and how they have done a great job for my family! I live in another state, but worked with them to set up a deep cleaning for my father there in Indiana, and then biweekly cleanings to follow.
The first appointment was somewhat disappointing, because the two workers scheduled for the deep cleaning ended up leaving early for personal reasons and not finishing the job.
However, since I had been in communication with Miko at the HME office, and he had been very friendly and pleasant to work with, I let him know what had happened. He reassured me that they would send two different workers, including a supervisor, right away and that they would work as long as it took to make things right - and at no charge. And they did this!
I understand that, in general, things may not always go as planned for any number of reasons. But I really appreciate a company that cares about their reputation and will truly do whatever it takes to make sure their customers are happy.
One of the workers who completed the deep clean was Lindsey; and my family fell in love with her right away! She has a very wonderful and accommodating attitude, works hard, and really cares about doing a good job. She has been doing our biweekly cleanings ever since, and we are very happy with both her and the company!

I used Housekeeping Maid Easy for move-in cleaning services and I was very satisfied. The house was sparkling when we moved in, even cleaning out all cabinets and drawers to ensure seamless move in. I would recommend this service to anyone for move in/out cleaning or just a simple regular cleaning service! They did a fantastic job and all the cleaners were very professional!

We had a deep-clean service done by Housekeeping Maid Easy and they did a wonderful job! The cleaners were friendly and professional. They worked magic making our home feel ready for the new year especially with getting the hard water stains off the shower door. I also appreciate the house didn't heavily smell of cleaning products when they were done. We will definitely use the services again.

Housekeeping Maid Easy was a tremendously good choice for cleaning my house. While I had several different cleaners over the years I used them, my longest term, most favorite cleaner was Toni. She was efficient, thorough, and always completed the extra tasks with grace and charm. Given the size of my house, and the amount of cleaning required, I found the charges to be extremely reasonable, and the quality of the work was always outstanding. I would highly recommend the team to anyone who needs a reliable, trustworthy and effective group to take care of their home.

After the revolving door of housekeepers at our home spun a little too quickly for comfort, my wife and I happily turned to Housekeeping Made Easy—and what a relief it has been. Monika’s team is prompt, kind, and impressively thorough, managing to make order out of the sort of domestic chaos we had begun to accept as a permanent design choice. There’s a particular delight in knowing we no longer have to moonlight as an HR department, conducting interviews armed only with hope and a Swiffer. Instead, we can step aside, let the professionals do what they do best, and simply enjoy the luxury of walking into a home that feels lighter, brighter, and—dare we say it—better managed than its owners.

Noriah was very businesslike and did a great job. Too bad it was a move out clean and I’m leaving Indiana because I’d have her over every month. Super clean house feels so good!

Super easy and very responsive to work with. I wasn’t home and there was confusion getting in. They emailed me a video of what they were doing and we figured out the issue quickly. Other places would have left.
I sent a couple of photos of bathrooms to give them an idea for an estimate.

Housekeeping Maid Easy has been a perfect solution for our Airbnb.
