Exceptional cleaning team! All surfaces and floors were perfectly clean when they were finished. It was easy to see that a lot of hard work was done — and done with care!

The Cleaning Authority with 3 cleaners did in 1 1/2 hours what would take me a day to do. They do it with preciseness and professionalism! I highly recommend them for your cleaning needs.

I'm only in my office a few days out of the week but I can tell when team #25 has came in. The few times that we have crossed paths, they have been nice. Always a awesome job.

I was skeptical about hiring someone to clean my house, but after 2 deep cleans, I am impressed. There is always a lot of fur in my house because I have a husky and shepherd/husky mix, so it is nearly impossible to get all the dust and hair that comes with my fur children. They are very nice, on time, and a supervisor showed each time to make sure I was satisfied with the clean. They are on my schedule for every 2 weeks!

I really didn't know what to expect during my first cleaning but I am very pleased with my results. The ladies were very kind and worked quickly and quietly. They took great care and were detailed. I look forward to make next cleaning.

We've been using TCA for about 6 months now, and their quality + price combo hasn't yet been beaten by anyone else. The team of ladies that comes to our house is awesome - they're always on time, they seem to work well together and efficiently split up the cleaning tasks, the actual cleaning is always done to my standards (I'm the first to admit I'm annoyingly particular), and they're also just very nice people that are easy to work with. One of my favorite things is randomly overhearing their staff talking to my dog - people who go out of their way to be nice to a stranger's dog are generally just good people!
I love that TCA does community giving like food and coat drives as well, because it takes all the effort out of helping my community and makes donating so convenient. The TCA app is also very convenient and is the primary way I manage services.
My literal only complaints: 1. they sometimes forget to replace the plastic liners in the bathroom trash cans, and 2. TCA does not offer laundry services of any kind. The latter "complaint" isn't specific to TCA as there don't seem to be many local companies that DO offer laundry, but I'd love the option to pay a small fee and have sheets/towels washed or even just folded. Still, I realize there are reasons for not offering the service. Wishful thinking!
I recommend TCA whenever I can because their crews do a really great job and don't overcharge for it. It's that simple!

I just had my first deep clean with Team #25 (J/R) and I am blown away with how wonderful everything looks! A friend referred TheCleaningAuthority to us and we will absolutely be using them for Regular maintenance cleanings moving forward. The staff was super friendly, very communicative and scheduling everything within the app was really useful. Five stars!

Our family has been very happy with Housekeeping Maid Easy. We especially love our regular housekeeper Lindsey who is extremely dedicated and conscientious. Lindsey has a very kind personality and is always cheerful to my elderly dad. Also she was so understanding and helpful when I accidentally dropped and broke a full bottle of wine all over the floor just as she was arriving.

The team did a great job in the house; it is now clean and ready to be put on the market. Thanks for your fast, professional service.

am truly grateful for the excellent service provided by hindsey . She is punctual, organized, and pays great attention to detail. The house was cleaned in a way that brought comfort and peace of mind.
She has a strong work ethic, respects time and space, and treats every corner as if it were her own home. I confidently recommend her, and she will definitely be my go-to from now on.

UPDATE: we had a stretch of illness and had to reschedule several times Jackie was flexible and adjusted to help us without complaint. She really is amazing.

We have been using Housekeeping Maid Easy for several months and really appreciate our cleaner, Lindsey, and the customer service provided by Edger and Miko in the office. Lindsey is very pleasant and a detailed cleaner. She also asks for feedback on if there is anything more she could be doing to increase our satisfaction. Communication is very important to me and the Housekeeping Maid Easy staff has exceeded my expectations on this.
