Betsy, Nery and Gaby are great! They showed up on time and did a very thorough job. I’m very glad they are assigned to our home.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been frustrating and unacceptable. After a routine cleaning was performed in my home, my microwave — which had worked without issue — began displaying an error code shortly after the cleaning. This particular error is well-documented as being caused by moisture or cleaning fluid getting into the control panel, which aligned with the visible residue I found inside the microwave.

I reached out and provided clear documentation, photos, and links to industry sources explaining how and why this damage most likely occurred due to the cleaning. I also made a reasonable request for either a replacement unit or partial coverage for repair costs. They did not provide any reference or other avenues for repair compared to my suggestions.

After a phone call with someone from the team what was promised over the phone has not been backed up in writing, and despite several polite emails — including one with a clear deadline for resolution — I have not received a single meaningful response.

I’ve now been without a microwave for over month, and I’ve exhausted every reasonable attempt to resolve this directly. The lack of follow-through and accountability is disappointing, especially given the amount of evidence I provided and the fact that I reached out in good faith.

I would not recommend this company to anyone who values professionalism, communication, or customer service. If something goes wrong — even due to their actions — you may be left dealing with it on your own.

Just had our Initial Clean A at our business this past week and Team 1 Lissy, Indira & Team 4 Lorisa, & Rhi did a great job getting our office back to new!

The cleaning authority was easy to set up and use the app for bi weekly cleaning. The cleaners Bessy Nery and Gabby are very detailed and do a great job.

Alexis and Felicia did a great job on my house! I'm very satisfied:-)

I am very pleased with the cleaning teams from TCA. They are professional, friendly and thorough. They work hard and are unobtrusive when we are at home. I trust them completely to enter our home to clean when we’re not there too. They have been very well trained in the company’s procedures. Management is always very accommodating to schedule changes too. Highly recommend!

Had a great clean this month from Team 1: Lissy, Melissa and Licett. They did a great job getting under the furniture and all. They are great!!

We have the Cleaning Authority come every other week and our house looks and feels amazing. Very friendly, they always play with the dog, and a thorough clean.

Once again, Bessy, Nery, and Gabby did a wonderful job on the house clean. I get so happy when I come home and see that everything is neat and tidy, vacuumed, dusted and looking the way I want my home to look. I’ve been very happy with the work that the three of them do.
