Hi, I love Molly Maids!!!! This was the first time using them and I had Lexi who was soo sweet and focused!!!! She was so thoughtful and thorough and did an amazing job!!! I also had Bree who worked just as hard and was too very hard working and focused!!! Both Lexi and Bree made me feel comfortable while they cleaned my place while I worked at home! Whitney was also so sweet and stepped in the end we had fun with my blinds for a sec. But yes, feel very satisfied will be using services again!!!!! Raises to all 3 girls!!!!

This was my first experience with Molly Maid, and it was very smooth. I was contacted to narrow down time slots and communication with the office had a quick turnaround time. Lexi, Brenda, and Bree worked with me for expectations and we talked about the space, and they did a thorough cleaning in a short amount of time. The service was friendly and easy to use, highly recommend!

Team 5 did a fantastic job! Having a cleaning service come by was a huge relief as I’m a newly single mom and the house has been getting away from me. They were kind, thorough, and professional and I will be requesting that they come again!

Molly Maid did a great job with a deep clean and scheduled us so quickly! The hardwood and ceramic tile floors looked new when they were done and the bathrooms were sparkling.

What a WONDERFUL experience!!!! The team who came, Tiffany and Carlina, cleaned areas I’d never even noticed before!!! And, to know that the entire house was clean—not just one or two areas—was breathtaking, honestly. 🤩

We had Team 15 with Tiffany & Carlina deep clean our house. They did an amazing job! So well, that we signed up for reoccurring cleanings.

Not a very deep clean, not very detail oriented didn’t even clean the top of my fridge didn’t clean any fans. One person’s definition of clean is not the same as the other others.

Molly Maids cleaned our house for the first time. I am more than pleased with the results. Everything in our house is sparkling clean. The floors have never looked better! They don’t just move the dust, they actually clean it. Corners are hard for me to keep clean, no more, “I have Molly Maids”!

Tiffany, Katelyn, and Laura worked so hard. They were great !!! Can't wait to see Tiffany and Katelyn in December. Ron and Mary Murray.

Tiffany and Carlina are great. They are extremely friendly, professional and provide high quality service.

This has been, by far, the worst cleaning company we have ever hired. Since we started with Molly, we have had nothing but issues. Our deep cleaning was not a deep cleaning and lasted only 1 hour for a 2,900 sq/ft house. There was nothing DEEP about the cleaning. Nothing was moved, and only flat surfaces with NOTHING on them were wiped down, if that.

Their monthly cleaning is much of the same. Repeatedly, we had issues with our cleanings: things not cleaned, spots missed, trash not emptied, or no bag put back in. They do not clean off any surfaces before cleaning them, so you need to clean before the cleaner comes. They also do not pick anything up or straighten up anything besides folding blankets. I also had to go behind the cleaners and re-clean and scrub our bathtub because it was not cleaned.

Our house was never left smelling or feeling clean. The fact that they do not pick anything up or clean off surfaces left our house feeling wiped down rather than cleaned.

Also, they do not mop floors. They use large Swiffer pads and a spray bottle to clean floors. This does NOT get dirt off the floor and actually cleans the floor.

The ladies who came to clean were always pleasant and friendly. The issues with the cleanings are from company policy and practices, and not because their cleaners are lazy. The company wants them to push through the cleanings as quickly as possible to get them to clean as many homes as possible in a single day. There is no focus on quality.

My advice would be to spend a little more money and get a cleaning company that focuses on quality and not quantity. At the end of the day, you will spend more money, but you will be much happier with the results.

The experience was awesome. They cleaned like no other. I have tried other cleaning services and this is the best yet. They were Tiffany and Carlina, and they are absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend them.

We were delighted to have team Brittany and Megan. Very thorough and stayed busy the entire time. We will request their services again.

Shout out to the Route 13 team who have been doing an amazing job for the past year they've been cleaning our house. Overall good company, good service and very professional team members.

I have been with Molly Maids for some time now. They are very reliable, dependent and do a great job with my house cleaning. Tiffany and Carlina are very friendly, love my dog and always greets me with a smile. I definitely recommend them for all your cleaning needs.
