After some health issues, it was time for using a house cleaning service. I have seen the Merry Maids car in the neighborhood, so I called them. I wanted a deep cleaning of my home and then a regular standard cleaning schedule. I was appreciative that Sherry visited my home and then gave me an itemized proposal. A three member team of Merry Maid cleaners arrived the next day and thoroughly cleaned the house. I was very pleased and I now have the service scheduled for standard cleaning every other week. I am very happy pleased that I chose Merry Maids.

I signed my mother up with Merry Maids a couple months ago and regret that I did not do it sooner! They are terrific. They have been to her home three times, three different crews, same very good service. I have them coming once a month but I believe they could come more often if I need them to in the future.

I am, as of writing this review, in the middle of a very stressful relocation to a new property - and unfortunately, the property was not in a "move in" state upon acquiring my lease.

Merry Maids to the rescue - in the most literal sense. Rebecca at dispatch, and Linda's team, including Raven and Katie, literally saved my life with their services. They were able to bring the property to a breathtaking state in a matter of hours, were in touch with me every step of the way - and went the extra mile at every conceivable turn.

I want to say, in 2024, I don't really expect service on this tier. They are far and away your absolute best option for commercial cleaning services in the Indianapolis area. I will be singing their praises for years yet to come.

Merry Maids Hendricks County does outstanding cleanings! From detailed cleaning to bi-weekly cleanings, our house stays in tip-top shape! Staff is friendly, helpful, hard-working and knowledgable. They all know their business. My husband and i are extremely pleased with the service from Merry Maids staff!

I have been a Merry Maids customer for over 25 years and have always received excellent service. The communication from the office is great, the cleaners are always friendly, professional and do an outstanding job. The house always smells so fresh when they're done, not a chemical smell.
The office is very good about accommodating any schedule changes I've needed.

I have had Merry Maids do my cleaning for about a year and yesterday Jeanette cleaned for me. I was totally satisfied with all of the work. All of the girls are pretty good but sometimes miss dusting and/or cleaning the floors in harder to reach areas. My home was cleaned yesterday the way I would have done it, when I was younger. They are great, I would definitely recommend! I’ve been with them for a few years now and they are very reliable, have never once canceled on me or been late. They do a really good job cleaning, I have always been impressed. We have hard water so some spots are difficult but they always get the showers/sinks/appliances clean and shiny.
Rebecca is amazing!…hardworking, so helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend her to anyone! You can tell they really care about their customers and want to do a good job, which can be hard to find these days. Definitely 5 stars

Merry Maids always does a fantastic job. Employees are excellent - very professional and pleasant- and very focused on providing a thorough cleaning. They pay attention to areas like fans or microwaves that could easily be missed.
