We have team 5 (Page, Holly, and Ally) come to our house every two weeks and they do an excellent job. They are so kind, quick, love our two dogs, and always leave our house looking amazing.

TCA always does a great job on the cleans. Messy, Very, and Gaby are very respectful of the property and every area looks great when they leave. They provide speedy service while still providing a high quality job.

I love walking into my fresh, lovely-smelling house after my biweekly cleanings! Kathy, Araceli, and Alyssa did a wonderful job on my last cleaning and always make sure the details are attended to. Any question I have is answered quickly and kindly by the main office. Thank you for caring for your customers!

It's our favorite day of the month when The Cleaning Authority comes! The house looks and smells amazing when they leave! We were lucky enough to have Kristel and Lorisa on this month's rotation. Every crew is so consistent with high quality cleaning services.

This was not a good experience. I feel like these women were in a hurry and leaving my home no better than how they found it. My “knickknacks” on the counter were ignored. The inside of the range hood, the kitchen furniture, appliance not cleaned or shined just wiped down and sliding glass door not touched at all. Baseboards and window sills ignored, but blinds dusted. I got my upstairs sitting room and office vacuumed and the hall bathroom cleaned. I got my downstairs floors mopped and hardwood floors cleaned without “extra attention”. All together they were here in my home for lease than an hour. With this being said, all these things are the reason to hire a cleaning service. I can sweep and mop the floors just as well. I regret to inform you that we will not be using your services any longer.

The cleaning crew was phenomenal because they were professional, courtesy and provided quality work! If you are looking to have your home touched by TCA I would definitely recommend!

We have used Trusted Hands for years and can't imagine not having their service. Tamika is trustworthy, on-time, and always communicates well. It can be difficult allowing someone access to your home, but there is zero concern with Trusted Hands. The business couldn't be more aptly named. I can't recommend Trusted Hands highly enough!

Tamika is one of my favorite people. She is always willing to help and definitely goes above and beyond. Every time she has cleaned my home, it has sparkled and shined when she was done! She is one of the nicest, kindest people I know. She has reasonable prices and takes pride in her work. Highly recommended!

Tamika did an excellent job. I’ve been using cleaning services for the past 15 plus years and she bypassed my expectations. She was timely, detailed, left my apartment as clean or even cleaner than when I moved in! I have hardwood floors and you could see they been cleaned almost like she polished them. Glass shower doors stainless steel appliances are my check spots all cleaned and sparkling all other area as well. I am extremely happy with her. Oh she is on time even sometimes earlier. That is a plus as well. I highly recommend her !

We just purchased a home that was already using the Molly Maids service. We decided to continue and have been very pleased with Team 15, Tiffany and Carlina. With a house full of kids, we try our best to keep up but it's nice knowing we always have help in that area of our lives. It's relieved a lot of mental stress.

The girls from Team 12: Kaylee, Aaliyah, and Rylee came to my apartment on 1/17/24 and provided outstanding service. The girls were excellent about asking for feedback and displayed strong communication skills. They were efficient with their time and knowledgeable on cleaning products. We've been using Molly Maid for ~10 months. We've had a few misses but when we call to let them know, they are fantastic and it is corrected on the next clean. However, when I have Team 15 show up, I know it will be a GREAT clean.

Everyone I have talked to from quoting to the office to the teams is always incredibly nice and professional. I look forward to their arrival as I know that's several to-do items that I can check off my list!

We have really enjoyed Molly Maid Team 15. They are very professional and go above and beyond to clean. I was very pleasantly surprised one day when they cleaned to inside of our windows. We have two ceiling fans in the house and they ask to use our fan blade cleaning tool. Thank you!

I received services from Molly Maid for 10 months and was very disappointed in their services. During several of their visits, they would very clearly miss something obvious - for example, cleaning the bathtub, cleaning an empty kitchen sink, vacuuming, etc. It became clear that if the maids didn't think an item looked dirty, they wouldn't clean it. Their Guarantee of Service was disappointing as they were not welcoming of feedback and the same items kept being missed over and over again. It seems hard to find a good cleaning service, so I wanted to let everyone know to pass on Molly Maid.

Once again, Molly Maid can’t be beat! Keila and Megan came and cleaned for us and it is by far the most detail oriented deep clean I have ever had done! (I’ve tried a few individual cleaners and they can’t even compare to Molly Maid!). Thank you again for an amazing clean and I can’t wait for my next clean in two weeks!

My home was cleaned by Team 12 (Desire & Robin) today and they did an excellent job. They are professional, thorough, and very pleasant and polite. I rate the service 5 out of 5 stars and would recommend Molly Maids without hesitation.
Update: My cleaning team is now Tiffany and Carlina. They are excellent, efficient and thorough. I request them for all of my cleaning jobs. Still rating at 5 out of 5 stars.

I have been using Molly Maids for several months. The office sends an email and/or text every two weeks to remind me that they are coming. I also receive a call the day before to let me know what time to expect them. The crew always has come when I was expecting them. I am very satisfied with the cleaning that they do for for price I am charged. I greatly appreciate Team 15. Thanks for all you do.
