We built our own pond and Cool Ponds has always been there for us. Whether we called multiple times to ask the same question over and over, they have always been our best source of information. The store is so convenient, the whole staff is very courteous and helpful and we've always found everything we need at the store. We recommend them without reservation. Their customer service is outstanding.

I have had a water feature for over 11 years and worked with at least three different companies on installation and maintenance until I found Cool Ponds. I do not need to look any further. They went out of their way to help me after I melted my skimmer box to get my pond running this spring. They are the first to provide specific and complete directions on water treatment and their blogs and emails keep me informed. I plan a major renovation with them next spring and have no doubt I will be very pleased.

Our visit was beyond enjoyable. This is a local family owned and operated business. They not only sell pond supplies but they will service and maintain existing ponds. Their impressive ponds behind their store not only serve as great inspiration but prove their exceptional ability to design and install gorgeous ponds for their clients. The owners were extremely welcoming and very knowledgable. For nearing the end of the pond season they had a wonderfully diverse selection of extremely healthy pond plants. We purchased several plants as well as several very healthy calico / shibunkin gold fish. We will definitely continue bringing our business here.

We are DIYers. When we decided to do some major landscaping in 2009, including installing a pond, we went in search of a local store where we could purchase supplies and get inspiration - Cool Ponds met our needs. They are fantastic to bounce ideas off of and just to wander through their pond displays - so beautiful! If you need advice, all you have to do is ask. We had such a great experience with our first pond, that we decided to add a second larger pond! Great place, great people. So glad we found Cool Ponds.

We had our old pond renovated by Cool Ponds and are absolutely in love with our new pond. Communication was good, they are an incredibly hard working and knowledgeable team, and the pond is gorgeous. There was an issue with the stock tank the fish were kept in during the reno that lead to the loss of the majority of my fish, but they did make it right to the best of their abilities.

The physical store is worth a stop just to see their work.

Cool Ponds did an amazing job on our remodeled pond. They designed exactly what we were looking for and the installation only took 2 days. They are very professional and easy to work with. They fixed any issues we had very quickly. It is a huge focal point in our backyard and I know we will get years of enjoyment from it.

We have worked with Cool Ponds for 4-5 years. They build beautiful ponds and do fantastic landscaping. They listen, get to know your preferences and tailor their work to match your wishes. There are few problems but if one does arise, they will work with you to make it right. Everyone at Cool Ponds is “cool.” Very nice people. It is a quality business!

Cool Ponds is the place to go if you want a Koi Pond built. They have done three ponds for me, the last one being a 5000 gallon pond. they do beautiful work, this is pond as art type of stuff. They are very professional. They work hard, and they work to please. They also stand behind what they do, and if there is a problem they keep working at it until it is fixed. If you want a great water feature, this is the place to get this done.

The 2nd time I have used them. They are very accommodating and work with you to try to figure out the look that you want. They have a lot of experience and know how. I would use them for the third time

Great shop! A family business! Thanks to Steve for his thoughtful advice, help and materials that enabled us to rebuild our pond. It was a pond that came with our house. It is now our beautiful pond with waterfall in our wonderful wooded backyard!

Amazing trust the process. April 23,2024 to May 20,2024.. Used Bio clear and Remove away plus as directed.. Can see every rock on the bottom. For sure had my doubts— trusted the phone expert and here are results.

My pond is a green, gooey mess so I went online to find "the best product" out there. Cool Ponds came up and I ordered 3 items 4/30/24! I received those items today in a lovely package with a pen, sticky notes, magnet and specific instructions on how to use the product...AND a thank you note card. I am very impressed with the speed, accuracy of my shipment. I highly recommend giving Cool Ponds a chance.

The whole crew was wonderful! This was not a cheap project and I'll admit I was was very nervous. When you buy a car you know what you are getting, not with a water feature. You can't see it. You have to rely on their artistic ability. They did not disappoint! Now I have too figure out what to do in the backyard. :)

I live in Eastern North Carolina and Reed coupons different educational videos and articles to manage my 650 gallon fish pond I order all my supplies basically from them and I even signed up for a class one time not realizing where they were located at and got a very sweet email from the lady about canceling my registration they are super nice.

After receiving a missed call, I attempted to return the call where I was met with a very rude man. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company, they are very rude.

100% good service, me-to-diddy ratio was spot on.

I called them a week ago and left a voicemail asking for a return phone call and/or a quote for the lawn work that I would like to have done. I left them all of the pertinent information as well as my contact information in the message. I haven't received so much as an acknowledgement of my message and request for service so I will find someone else to do the work.
