We had such high hopes for this landscaping company. Paul seemed very knowledgeable and helpful when walking around assessing our projects. I was even willing to give him a pass when he was late for our estimate appointment. However, we never received an estimate at all. Sad, because he was at the top of our list landscapers we were considering.

First, no one could beat his price for the job I needed done (seed and sod). Second, on time for walk through and very respectful. Third, finish product is amazing. I have had other people in my neighborhood ask for his information so they can contact him for work to be done. I have hired him to maintain the awesome yard he has created.

We found Me and my Diddy through Home Advisor. Paul is very professional and personable. His pricing was very reasonable and our sod was down in less than a week. In a hectic week of moving into a new house, Me and my Diddy's service stood head and shoulders above everyone else. I would recommend to anyone.

On Tue Jul 27, 2023, Lawn care services were requested through Angi. The contractor responded to come out and give an estimate. An appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM Wed Jul 28, but the contractor rescheduled for 12:00 noon. He reviewed the area and stated he would provide an estimate in 1-2 days. Today, July 5, 2023, at 4:15 PM, as I was pulling into my driveway, the contractor was in my neighbor's yard taking pictures of my backyard. When asked why he didn't send me an estimate and why was he trespassing in their yard, his response was, "You got the work done so don't worry about it."

Not only did the contractor not respond with an estimate, but was caught trespassing on my neighbor's property. My cameras would have seen an attempt to contact me. We may follow up with the Better Business Bureau and a police report.

Me and My Diddy handles our snow removal and does a great job. They listen to my concerns and show up in a timely manner so I'm never stuck.

Paul and his team at Me and My Diddy do a fabulous job each year in the spring and fall picking up dead leaves, trimming our bushes and laying mulch in our flower beds. I highly recommend their services!

I'm very pleased with their work. The plant selection was excellent. The workers friendly and easy to discuss the project with. They put in extra effort to do the job right. I will be using their services again.

They came into our neighborhood the last 2 weeks doing work for our HOA. One week was during spring break when they were kids in the neighborhood playing. One of their trucks was speeding through the neighborhood pulling a trailer and almost hit me while I was backing out of my driveway, laying on the horn even though I had already pulled out into the street. Very dangerous especially with kids present. Last week they were blocking our entrance doing work and one of their Mexican guys gave me an obscene gesture while I was waiting for the other lane to clear so I could pass them. I tried calling their 1-800 number both times and hung up. I also reported this behavior to our HOA board so they could review their contract with them this year. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional people to deal with.

Highly recommend Brightview!

My job was to small for them to even consider it

1:40am on a Monday morning I notice a vehicle parked in front of an empty home next door, seeing it was a company vehicle I thought no big deal... then I notice the interior light come on and the driver is smoking something so that peaked my interest into what is this man doing. So I watch ...light goes off but the vehicle remains idling with headlights on , interior light is off at this point but I continue to see a flash of a lighter. 10 minutes or so passed before the brightview truck pulls up in front of my house and a man gets out and starts peeing in the street. At this point I immediately run outside and tell the man to leave I have kids inside, he says oh yea. And continues to urinate in the middle of the road. I immediately call 911 and describe the man and truck, you can't miss the brightview logo on the brand new Ford he was driving. At this point the man asks me if I'm calling the police on him, I said absolutely , he then gets in his truck and points a gun at my house with me and my wife standing in the doorway and my children not far behind us crying and scared. I'm dumbfounded as to who this company will hire and why on earth would they give this person a company truck. So of course he speeds away, probably doing 80 on a residential street. The man was extremely intoxicated by the way he staggered and the tone of his voice. I will be going to the nearest brightview location bright and early to point the man out to his employer, not sure if that will help but it's only the beginning.

Great service from getting proposals all the way through maintaining our property. Professional and clean staff, who are knowledgeable and hard working. Very responsive snow removal services.
