2024 update: Team 5 is great. Shanna always does a great job, and whoever her partner is has been trained by her in the right way to do things. Shanna and Valeria do a great job!

UPDATE: It is three years since my initial review and we still have Molly Maid in our home weekly. They still do a very good job and we are always happy with their work. Team 5, Shanna and Amanda, are our team. They're great!

We've had Molly Maid clean our home for a few years now. We love our current team. They are reliable and consistent, and my home is always nicely cleaned after they leave.

Just leaving a more recent review about Molly Maids. Team 4 does a great job at our home each Friday. We are grateful for their hard work and professionalism! Thank you Allison and Edulia. We and our home are appreciative of your efforts!

Fabiola and Ruth ((Team 18) did a fabulous job today cleaning our house. I’ve been getting biweekly cleanings for 25+ years in two states, and the teams at my Molly Maid are the best! Also, customer service is A+.

Shanna and Valerie came to reclean our home and did a wonderful job. They were friendly and so thorough, finding spots I didn’t even realize had been missed. Highly recommend!

We are extremely impressed with this business. Molly Maid comes to our home every four weeks and they ALWAYS are very professional and start cleaning almost as soon as they walk through our door. They are very well trained to do their job and they are very pleasant and enjoyable to have in our home. Team #5 came today and when they were finished our home was shining clean, our blinds, drapes, furniture and wood flooring, well everything was top notch. We have had several cleaning services through the years but Molly Maid goes out of their way to make sure everything is outstanding and their service is far above all the other cleaning service. Team #5 was awesome.....thank you ladies. We highly recommend Molly Maid and if you want a clean shining home with all of the extra cleaning thrown in, then don't wait......call them today. We know you will be as pleased with the quality and the peace of mind their visit provides.

Trenda and Tosha did a GREAT job cleaning our new house!! They were so respectful of our dogs and time and the house looks spotless!!

Team 4, Allison & Edulia, were so great! They were extremely thorough in cleaning our house. There was also some new member training occurring during the cleaning, and it was cool to hear how thorough they train new members and their thought process behind efficiently cleaning a home.

I wasn’t satisfied with the job. I initially thought it was good but after walking around I noticed that my bathroom had dust in the corner and water behind my tub. There was a puddle of water in our guest bathroom that at first made me think something was wrong with the toilet but on further observation was just water left behind. Then downstairs my rug was never cleaned and my counter top wasn’t wiped down. I paid 300 dollars for a job that was half done. I probably won’t go with Molly Maid again.

We have had Molly Maids clean our home for over a year. The crews have all been efficient, thorough, and friendly. The office staff has been great in getting back to us regarding scheduling, adding additional services, etc. We recommend Molly Maids without any reservation.

Called molly and she sent her maids out quick. Being a sloppy dude going through divorce i was afraid that id be judged. Boy was i wrong team 7 led by Angel did a number on my condo. I havent had my nooks and crannies that clean since the early years of marriage. Im now going to purposefully not clean my next place so I can save it for team 7.

I’m still basking in the beauty of my “clean” home. Jelin & Maria from Molly Maid did a great job for me yesterday. They were very efficient & extremely nice!! I would highly recommend!!

Team 5- Valeria & Myla did a very thorough job cleaning my home and we love Shanna on team 5 as well! Shanna and Valeria have been working with us since I literally went into labor with my daughter during the first initial clean 😂
They have all been great to work with and would recommend to anyone looking for regular cleaning or deep clean.

I tried Molly Maids as a bit of an experiment, and found the experience lacking.

On the initial clean back in Feb, I had to have a replacement crew come and finish cleaning the shower in the Master Bathroom. Admittedly the house was a sty prior to their arrival so the fact that that was the only place needing revisited was encouraging.

Last month after a cleaning job I came home to discover that my pantry door was knocked off its rails. (It had been somewhat broken prior, but was still mostly functional). I am guessing someone ran into it while mopping, things happen. As it was broken already I decided not to report it at the time. They also put trash in my recycling bin, so that was fun to sort out.

This month they proceeded to completely reorganize my master bathroom, reorienting the mats, moving the scale, reorienting sink caddy, and shoving things into cabinets (which I take to be an invasion of privacy as I was told they wouldn't open closed things). They also didn't do a very thorough job with vacuuming the floors (I also acknowledge my carpets are in desperate need of replacement). High traffic areas like the Master Bedroom and in the Family Room next to the couch had obvious places that were missed. I even received a notification from my Roomba app asking how it did after they had been at my house, so I slightly suspect they just ran my Roomba on the first floor, but didn't see a new job entry so have no proof.

The replacement crew also failed to do a thorough job, as I did a once over after they had gone and was able to discover multiple places in the Master Bedroom that my vacuum was able to pick up dirt that they missed.

So not only do I have to worry about property damage, but I also now have to worry about people snooping. As a service I hired to try to ease my anxiety and get things off of my plate, I find it is doing neither. If you are detail oriented like me, this may not be the best fit.

So happy with the thorough job of team 6 that cleaned my house. This was my first clean with Molly Maid and I am very satisfied with the attention and detail. I am looking forward to using Molly Maid on a regular basis!!

Our home looked wonderful after two hours of cleaning. It was their first time and both cleaners were friendly and competent. They went to work right away and worked the entire time! Definitely a good experience!

I’m generally always happy with my level of service from the Molly Maid team but wow… when I got home today and saw the job that Roth and Fabiola did, I was blown away. My house is spotless! Thank you for your really top notch service this week! Yay Team 8!!

was very knowledgeable, professional, and good at their job. Their first visit is a deep cleaning. Our kitchen and bathrooms look the best they have in months. We are very pleased with their work. It was well worth the money.
