I have been using Molly Maids for three years now. I appreciate their professionalism, kindness, and flexibility. Whenever I need a schedule change, the office is always willing to accommodate my requests. My team, Allison and Edulia, are so pleasant, hard working, and efficient. They leave my home refreshed and clean. I really appreciate them.

Angel and Guadalupe came to our home today for our first cleaning. We are beyond and impressed and will now have them come weekly. Can’t recommend this team and Molly Maids enough!

I've used Molly Maid of Carmel, Fishers and Geist a handful of times for seasonal cleanings, but team #9 really did an outstanding job today and deserves extra kudos! They spent time on a few specific areas as requested and I'm so happy with the quality of their work!

I just bought a house and needed a deep cleaning, Mary and Maricela team 10 of Molly maids did a good job cleaning. I had a lot of dust and debris from rehabbing the house. It required some extra scraping or scrubbing and that didn’t happen. They were not allowed to get on a step ladder and clean on top of my cabinets. They also didn’t scrub anything to clean spots or dust.

I have contacted MM post cleaning to try and make things right with no response. I will update review once they call me back

Team number 10 did an EXCELLENT job. Very happy and kind people, and my apartment is now SPOTLESS. If you are looking to get a spotless apartment, ask for team 10!! They are our new favorites.

We used Molly Maid 3.5 years ago prior to having our second child, and at that point the cleaning was satisfactory and took roughly 3 hours for the team of two to complete. At that point, we had been living in our home for 3.5 years. We recently used Molly Maid again, but this time a different team of two cleaners came to the home. They were both very kind, but unfortunately they seemed very inexperienced. Upon their arrival, I explained that cleaning window blinds, vents, and kitchen cabinets were our biggest priority because those are areas we often neglect in our own cleaning. This team of two worked side by side in a tiny bathroom and small bedroom for 1.5 hours. After they were finally finished in those two rooms, the blinds had not been cleaned, and the shower had soap scum still remaining on the tiles (picture attached). They also had not vacuumed the bedroom carpet or mopped the small bathroom floor at that point, so I couldn't understand how that took 1.5 hours. We then received a call from the Molly Maid office stating the team would need one additional hour to finish cleaning, and obviously the price would reflect that increase in time. I explained the issues found in just those two rooms, and they sent someone out to inspect, and she proceeded to reclean the blinds and small bathroom. I also have attached photos of the kitchen cabinets, which unfortunately were not touched. The team spent so much time on those first two rooms that the rest of the house was rushed. Cobwebs were left in the entryway. Floors were not mopped thoroughly. Unfortunately, I had to thoroughly clean areas in the kitchen and living room after they were finished cleaning. For more than $400, we expected a lot more.

The staff was friendly, respectful, and clearly experienced. I also appreciated how responsive and accommodating the customer service team was when scheduling the appointment. It’s rare to find a company that delivers on both quality and professionalism these days, but Molly Maid exceeded expectations on all fronts.

I have used the services of Molly Maid numerous times over a ten year period. I have always been very satisfied with their work. Team #1, Naomi and Sam were great today. I highly recommend them.

Do NOT book their service. They didn't clean an entire bathroom, and they wore shoes on our carpet despite we instructed them during the intake that we are a NO-shoe house. They also left their clothing behind.

Their verbal phone etiquette is horrendous. They called me and didn't apologize after learning how badly they performed, they simply asked if we could put their clothihg outside. Pass on this company!

When you pay for a professional service, you expect professional results. Not a 80% job. I just recently purchased my home and had renovations completed. I hired Molly Maids to come in after the contractors were done to clean my home as the final touch. After the two women from Molly Maids left, we found ourselves still cleaning and scrubbing areas with rags and sponges! And it was a significant amount of dust, dirt and, paint that the naked eye couldn’t have missed, the pictures attached speak for itself. This was supposed to be a deep clean! We emailed Molly Maids to request someone to contact us regarding our dissatisfaction with their service. We would like a resolution. However, we have not received any response. Instead, we were asked to provide a review, so here it is!

Nope.....Beginning of this month was my cleaning day for a new house. I was told with emphasis that the house would receive a "deep cleaning." I took them at their word on that. Apparently we have different definitions of "deep cleaning" because the walls, bathroom floors, and even the carpets (which is crazy that one can even see that - I am 6ft tall) were not cleaned. IF they were touch at all by a vacuum, said vacuum needs replaced.

I am very annoyed most about the bathrooms because they asked what I wanted extra attention to specifically. I said that I wanted the kitchen and bathrooms to have extra attention, as those hold the most filth. On top of that, they kept calling to increase the price jumping from $110 to $125 "to clean drawers and cabinets in the kitchen" and then finally $220 for "requested extra time of 30min extra for the kitchen" supposedly.

I definitely do not feel peace of mind nor taken care of. Instead, I am giving a piece of my mind. I was not even going to post, but the more I see since I've gotten the chance to try to enjoy my new home, the more I get irritated.

I should have just either just sacrificed a day or 2 to do it myself or hire someone else. I mean, there was nothing in the house to move. This should have been too easy of a job. Probably a $100 worth of job was done for double.

*Also note that that hair matches literally no one that has entered my home (except the cleaning crew), I am bald, and the seller was blonde.

I was very pleased with Angel and Lupe yesterday. They did a great job and always asked questions about what I needed. Not only were they great at their job,they were very sweet,respectful and kind. I will definitely have them back.Thank you Molly Maid for sending Angel and Lupe!! My house is now clean for family visitors!!!!

Had a great experience using the service. Was easy to book and schedule, and the results are great. Team #10 was on time, efficient, and a good product.

Team 8 with Jinae did an amazing job on our move-in clean! They did fantastic work, especially in our kitchen which needed some extra love. Thank you so much!!!

I have used Molly Maid for several years for monthly house cleaning and have been very happy! Today I had Team 2 and they did a great job, but I have also had Team 3 & 10 over the last few months. I have found all the teams to be friendly, respectful and very thorough. Tyler also does a good job with scheduling, he is very responsive and helpful.

Highly recommend Molly Maids! Lupe is a fantastic worker (Team 7) and so kind. All the cleaners are skilled and very personable. My home is polished and beautiful after every visit. Best money spent. Molly Maids are honest, fair, and hard working. Don’t waste time and money going anywhere else.

My husband would regularly come to help me with the housework, team 8, which was Fabiola and Ruth. These last cleanings are disgusting. They don't use water. My bathroom is turning pink, the floor is poorly mopped. I would like to know why Fabiola left. She was an excellent cleaner. I definitely do not recommend Molly Maid at all. We have already canceled the service. The work. Or is it the same? 0 quality.

Molly Maids, Team 7 is consistently WONDERFUL! We have been so happy with how clean our house is since they have been coming to our home! On top of being amazing, thorough, and very detail oriented, they are kind and very trustworthy. I always look forward to the day when Angel and Jordyn come to our house. Thank you!!!!

I hired Molly Maid to deep clean my new home. It was vacant but wanted to make sure it was super clean before we moved in and they did an amazing job. Definitely considering using them as a monthly service! Thank you!
