TEAM 5 did an incredible job cleaning my home. Not only did they clean but they had to come and do a "reclean" because of a crew that did not clean properly. Shanna and her team went above and beyond and made my home immaculate!!

I can’t say enough good things about Molly Maid! From the very first visit, their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail completely won me over. The team arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and somehow managed to make my whole home feel lighter, brighter, and truly cared for.

Upon arrival the 2 woman opened door and stood there letting my tiny dogs out. One went across a busy road and nearly got hit. FURIOUS!! Spent almost 2 hours of 3 hour clean on one small bathroom. Did not sweep under any furniture or remove throws rugs, used soaked mop pad and mopped around all stationary object including dog crate. Did not clean all window sills and left window ledges 1/2 wiped down. Knocked transition piece loose when vacuuming and curtain rod in disarray in kitchen. Door crevices not dusted/wiped down. Dusted an award frame and the cleaner brought it to me in pieces. Said she notified her supervisor and to expect call for replacement! Not heard anything. Supervisor did show up shortly after about an hour upon arrival for walk through and any concerns I have. I voiced many concerns during walk through and only response I kept getting is “don’t worry, they will definitely take care of EVERYTHING at next cleaning. Otherwise it will be $110.00/hour past noon. Major portions of entire house left untouched or 1/2 done. There were specific instructions at my free estimate consultation that were not followed. Spent rest of day doing what they had been paid to do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Per service paperwork, if you are not completely satisfied AND your account is paid in full then just inform them by the end of the next business day and they will cheerfully reclean the area (as in single space)? Been notified same day with zero response! Cleaned on 5/9/25

We had a desperately needed deep clean, and this service completely delivered. The staff were professional, kind, and incredibly attentive to the details I pointed out. They didn’t rush anything and clearly took pride in their work. Our house feels refreshed and truly clean again. Triston came out to help install a new door and door frame on our house that was built in the 1940s (which requires some extra effort and steps than a newer build). He took his time, didn't cut any corners, and was very professional and kind. I will definitely be reaching back out on other home projects I have.

The HH team is interested in listening to you as a customer and creating a project plan around your observations and needs. The installer for my project, Triston, was knowledgeable and communicated well. When he ran into a couple issues, he let me know right away and invited me to be part of the decisions to keep things moving forward. I appreciate Triston’s communication and craftsmanship skills. I will definitely be using HH again for other home projects!

Bryan was fabulous! He was on time, super professional, yet personable, and we love, love, love the lights he installed for us. We will definitely recommend The Happy Handyman to others and will use them again.

Kevin was great. He was courteous and mindful of his boots as he put on clean boot slips. He found our kitchen appliance did not require replacement and adjusted his quote for service accordingly. He was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing to facilitate the repair.

Due to the nature of our problem he made the extra effort to make himself available the same day we reached out for his services. We have other repairs needs that are scheduled for a later date. Kevin was able to evaluate these needs more accurately and adjusted the estimates accordingly. As we improve our home we look forward to having Kevin back and know the repairs and installations will be done but most importantly, done correctly.

My entire experience was nothing but positive. From my initial phone call with Jenny, to the follow up with Kevin for the quote, and then finally Brian showing up at my door with a smile. He was courteous, clean, and did a great job of fixing the problem and walking me through the repair. The work required was less than what the estimate had been based on, so they adjusted the invoice accordingly without hesitation. I work happily recommend The Happy Handyman. They made me a happy woman!

Wow. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. In a day and age where companies try and take advantage of us, this company has great integrity.

I had a plumbing issue that required someone to jackhammer out concrete to replace a trap under a bathtub. I was expecting to pay thousands for a job that required that much work.

I provided video and pictures of the work. Given a quote over text. The tech performed the work and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary work. I am always a bit hesitant, because of issues that arise during the work that would effect the cost.

No, they honored the quote and did a fantastic job. I have some other projects that will need to be done, I'll for sure be soliciting their services when I have the funds.

Again, thank you for keeping customers front and center. Bryan did a fantastic job.
