Had our ducts cleaned and the crew was quick, courteous and professional. Francisco came by to check up on progress and to make sure we were happy with the service being provided. The handwritten "Thank you for your business" card was a great follow up touch. Could not be happier with the service provided!

EXCELLENCE in every way! Francisco is professional from the get-go. In the initial phone conversation he asked relevant, insightful questions, then offered to come for a no-cost, no-obligation site visit. He clarified exactly what we wanted (clean our heat ducts, and the clothes dryer duct and vent), and explained what he would do and how. His work was efficient but thorough, and he stuck to his estimate even though he actually replaced our dryer vent rather than repairing it. Highly recommended!

I had a pet related emergency on a Friday morning, I called this company because of their 5 star rating and they EXCEEDED my expectations!! Fransisco came over within an hour, did an amazing job and was incredibly friendly and polite! Not to mention the pricing was very fair and less than I anticipated. We use Lemus Services for all of our carpet cleaning, water extraction, and dryer vent cleaning needs at the apartment community I work for. I personally have been dealing with Lemus services for two years now and am continually impressed with their customer service and completed work. Their work has never been anything less than outstanding. They are reliable, professional, honest and all around, a great company to work with.

We moved into a house with 13-year-old carpets. We started having Lemus Services out once a year to clean the carpets. I've been so impressed each time. Not only do they do a great job cleaning our carpets, but they are always friendly and fast and reasonably-priced. They also got a stain out that another carpet-cleaning company we previously used had missed. Highly recommend!

This company provides amazing service, beyond what anyone would expect in today's business environment. My apartment complex was testing the sprinkler system, and it failed miserably in my bedroom, busting the ceiling and causing water damage to my entire bedroom. Francisco was there within 3 hours cleaning up the water damage and the apartment complex staff were just incredibly responsive beyond belief. So timely, professional, and service oriented, all a lost talent with so many businesses today. I would strongly recommend Lemus.

I have been having an issue with my dryer vent since the day I moved into my new place. After 3 months of trying (and failing) by our community maintenance staff, they finally called out Lemus Services. Francisco and his team arrived on the date set and cleared the line in less than 45 minutes! They were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and I can now use my dryer line without fear of burning down the entire building. They did leave behind some leaves they had tracked in which required a few minutes to sweep up but that was a small price to pay for an otherwise perfect job. If you've got a cleaning job, give Francisco a call; I can't recommend him any more highly.

Francisco is the BEST! Not only is he a kind and helpful person, but he does a great job cleaning and takes pride in his work. Gives advice for best results prior to the carpet clean and how to maintain. Very kind and friendly service. UPDATED** The owner humbled me, gave me a life lesson in addition to the amazing speedy service. Francisco is the best! I moved into an apartment that had all new carpet and freshly painted walls. Yet there was the strongest odor of cigarettes. The person living here before must’ve smoked inside due to residue dripping down the walls every-time the temperature would rise. When I came home it was like walking into a brand new apartment. I’m a clean freak but no matter how much I cleaned I couldn’t get the smell to go away. But he did! 10/10. Highly recommend.

We recently hired Francisco and the team at Lemus Services to clean the air ducts of our home. Everyone we met was wonderful to work with and I felt at ease welcoming them into our home. Talk about phenomenal work and he doesn’t leave the carpets soaking wet either. My carpets were dry within 3 hours. Having 3 dogs is impossible to keep the carpets spotless. I will definitely be using them again

Mr. Lemus performed a duct cleaning on my dryer vent, removing a birds nest. He was extremely professional and thorough. He was far and away the best service provider I have ever had perform work at my home. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in working with a contractor who will do an outstanding job at a very fair price.

I loved my 5x7 area rug but it hadn't been cleaned in some time, and since my new home had hardwood floors, I didn't dare to shampoo it in place. Francisco took it and when he brought it back it looked almost brand new.

Mr Lemus did a fantastic job on my carpets. I have had others clean my carpet and they were wet for 2 days and still felt dirty. My carpet is clean and not wet. I also had him do my dryer vent! Great job! I would definitely recommend him and will continue to use him from now on!

Francisco came out to inspect our carpet the day after I called him to set something up. He had a black light that could show where my dogs had accidents and quoted me a very fair price. He came out the day we scheduled on time and left our carpets looking brand new. He was extremely kind and professional.
