LCS Heating and Cooling, LLC referred Lemus, and as I expected team did great job for dryer duct vent cleaning . 1) Making appointment was quick and very responsive in text messages and email, 2) follow up a day before is nice reminder, 3) follow up 30 min before coming is good 4) team inspected status and performed dryer duct cleaning quickly and professional manner. They also shared lot of tips for how to prevent in the future. This team is a really professional and really appreciated the quality of service. Also the estimate is within the range of initial call and no surprise hidden fees. Thank you!

My carpet looks brand new. I loved the machine that was used to lift the carpet fibers before he cleaned the carpet. He was timely, professional, and performed a great job. He used corner protectors and a covered shield to keep the cold air out. I will continue to use Lemus for all my carpet needs.

A pipe exploded at our apartment late at night. The whole apartment was filled with water. Fransisco (owner) was here quickly and started working on it. He is very good at his job and efficient highly recommend his services.

My apartment started flooding at 8pm the Saturday before Easter Sunday. Lemus responded within 1.5 hours and came out right away Saturday night! Everything was taken care of within 48 hours. Very pleased with their customer service and consideration-they handled my personal belongings with care and answered all my questions thoroughly.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Lemus Services is, in a word, SUPERLATIVE! Francisco Lemus has been our sole provider of rug, ventilator, and duct cleaning services for over seven years now. The apartment grade wall-to-wall carpeting in our home is sixteen years old. Oily grime and soil tracked in from our attached garage collects quickly on the rug, and even our spot-cleaning with do-it-yourself carpet shampoos cannot pick up the all of the embedded grease, mud, and odors.

Fortunately, since Lemus has been providing our carpet cleaning, there has been no environmental damage to our flooring over the years--even after a disastrous flooding accident this past week that had completely saturated the carpet, requiring a 72-hour dry-out period before repair needs even could be assessed. Lemus and his fine team of technicians were able to take care of our apartment unit on "a minute's notice" and successfully restored the rug and its underpadding to its original condition. Our carpet is now looking great, and our entire unit even has a nice, fresh fragrance about it.

We have also hired Lemus for our air filter and clothes dryer duct cleanings, and his products have been satisfying beyond our expectations. Besides his reputation for maintaining high standards and a serious work ethic, Lemus is above all, a kind, courteous, and caring individual who clearly is more concerned about pleasing his customer than in profiting from an account.

I woke up to water pouring like rain in my bathroom on New Years Eve at 3am. Francisco showed up in good spirits for the hour on such a day. He was professional and efficient as he took care the nearly ankle deep water in my apartment. He was respectful and understanding while explaining how to empty the dehumidifiers and everything. If you have a morning anything like mine I highly recommend you call Lemus Services.

We hired Lemus Services to clean our carpets, air ducts, and dryer vents. Wow, did we wait too long to do that! I highly recommend Lemus Services. They were professional, courteous, and they did a great job.

Francisco came to our apartment at 11pm at night when the sprinkler system broke & went off suddenly in our apartment building. I was thankful someone was there to help so late at night. He did a fantastic job and he's very friendly and professional. We will definitely be calling him in the future when we have our own place!

Mr. Lemus was very professional and went above and beyond for us. We actually did not hire Mr. Lemus; he is a contractor for our apartment complex, so we were not actually responsible for compensating him; however, he went out of his way to regularly check in on us to make sure we were taken care of, even though it wasn't his job. He provided exceptional customer service to us without there really being any strings attached to us. He is kind, always smiling and positive, and I could not recommend him enough! I'm glad that we got the opportunity to meet Mr. Lemus, as I definitely will be contacting him for future business.

I called Francisco the Monday of Thanksgiving, he came out the very same day that I called, which I appreciated very much. My wife and I had just purchased the home and wanted to have the carpet cleaned before we began moving all the furniture in. Also, the previous owner had a dog, and we wanted to be able to eliminate the odor that was in the carpet.

While doing his inspection, he made sure to point out problem areas in the carpet. He had a light that detected urine stains in the carpet. I also asked him to look at the HVAC vents; cleaning vents is also a part of his services. I appreciate the fact that he suggested NOT to get the vents cleaned, because they were already clean compared to most homes. Most guys would have added that onto the list, just so they can bill you; and I was more than willing to pay for the service.

After going through and inspecting everything; Francisco quoted me a more than fair price for the entire house, including the stairs. I asked him what his availability was, and he said "he can start tomorrow." That was awesome, because things were moving fast; and we were in the process of scheduling services to be installed and turned on; plus we had movers scheduled for Wednesday, so that we could be in the home for Thanksgiving.

Tuesday morning he showed up on time, and before he could even get started, I sprung an additional room and closet on him. He said no problem; he modified his price and got busy. By the way the price modification was also fair.

Once he got started, I left him alone, because I had plenty of things to do as well. He treated each urine stain with a special chemical and cleaned all the carpet. He then placed blowers in each of the rooms to help the carpet dry faster. He said he was going to leave the blowers there and would be back that afternoon to pick them up. He came back to pick them up at the very time that he said. That may not mean anything to anyone else; but I believe in being on time; especially when you state a specific time. He was very courteous to my time, as I had a lot to do.

A month has now gone by since the carpet was cleaned and it is now the week of Christmas. I have Francisco's business card on my desk and I was remined that I was going to give him a review. I actually told him that I was going to give him a good review. After a month of living in the house, the carpet still looks good, but the biggest thing is the pet odor is gone.

Francesco is abosutely amazing! We had a flooded apartment Monday night and he was there t ohelp with the carpets in no time. Very friendly and trustworthy. He made sure the moisture was out of the carpet and was happy to answer any questions or concerns we had.

Have had 4 cleanings in 2 different houses, as always Lemus is the only cleaning service that meets and exceeds standards and expectations. We have randomly had 2 other companies come in both sub par and Lemus has fixed the subpar work and is the only service we will rely on in the future.

Years ago with our first visit; had a half gallon of killz paint spill on our carpet. Called immediately and within 15 minutes we had our carpet being cleaned. Saved our carpet, 5 stars hardly expresses the greatfulness of the quality of work, professionalism and genuine customer service.

OMG they are awesome. They came out and did a wonderful job. My carpet was a mess. They made it look new again. They cleaned my couch that smelled of dog urine. I'm so pleased with the quality of work they performed. They were on time and stayed until the time they allotted. I'm so pleased and will continue to use their services. They even sent me a a thank you card in the mail.

They arrived on time and cleaned our HVAC ducts for a very reasonable price. They did a great job cleaning out ducts that hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. They cleaned up after themselves afterward as well. Francisco did a wonderful job keeping communicating during the job and explaining everything that happened afterward. Best of all, he kept in touch with us as I had several questions that popped up after the service, even going so far as offering to stop by again (which ended up not being necessary). I highly recommend them.

Professional and friendly. A very stressful situation in our apartment could have been much worse but Francisco took the time to explain the process. He also followed through on his word to return the next day and evaluate the progress of our wet carpet. 5/5 but should be 10/10. Not a fan of flooding, but a huge fan of Lemus Services Inc.

I needed the entire upstairs of my house cleaned. We have 4 dogs, 2 cats and 2 kids. I can't tell you enough how pleased I was with the quality of work that was done. My carpets smelled fresh and they were able to get out all of the spots. I highly recommend them. They were courteous, ontime, reliable and did an excellent job.
