I had a tree fall on the side of my house and reached out to All Points Tree Service. They responded promptly, came out quickly, and handled the job with professionalism from start to finish. Their team was efficient, courteous, and made sure everything was cleaned up properly. I highly recommend them for any tree removal or emergency services—top-notch company!

A huge spruce tree crushed our neighbor’s garage and was in the verge of taking out the side of our house. All Point was on the spot and quickly took care of the tree and removal. Frankly, they saved the day and were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend.

They cut multiple fence posts of my neighbor’s fence, destroying it beyond repair. They gave minimal effort in hanging the fence panels back up- one came down in the first windy day, which was a huge issue since I have a dog. They also left cigarette butts in my yard, which I had to clean up to avoid my dog eating them. They broke a bird feeder and threw it behind the shed. They had no regard for the shrubs beneath the tree they removed.
Overall my yard AND my neighbor’s yard were severely damaged. They refused to help repair the fence.

Would absolutely not recommend.

I apologize for the delayed review. Job was completed 4/2023. I recently had another tree company out (who were excellent) and it reminded me of the bad experience I had with this company.
I was aware of the fence belonging to the neighbor and had informed the company of this. I had anticipated the panels being taken down, not three posts damaged beyond repair. It wasn’t discussed in any detail beforehand.
I’ll attach the emails for transparency, in which I discussed ALL of these concerns. Sorry I didn’t take pics of the cigarettes- I was focused on cleaning them up. The response I received (also attached) made it sound like this something that had happened before. You are correct in this being very delayed, so it is quite possible that none of the current workers smoke, but they certainly did at the time of this job.
All concerns were dismissed because I had already naively paid the invoice in full.

Emilo and his team with All Point Tree Services were very professional and good at what the do. I had 2 trees removed, one had fallen down due to storm and the other was about ready to fall down. They were efficient and cleaned up after the work.
I would definitely recommend All Point Tree Services for your tree removal and other similar work.

Sadly, had to take down 80 ft triple oak tree. Crew very friendly and thorough. We have used All Points before. Clearly wanted us to be happy. Chris made it look easy. Equipment looked new or close to it.

What a great company and group of guys. a storm hit Saturday night, blew a huge tree onto the roof and through the ceiling. We called them on Sunday morning and then they sent a guy out. And he checked it out and then he and another guy came out later that day and got everything off of the roof so we could get it covered with a tarp. And then they came out the very next day on Monday to remove the tree. they made quick work of it. Everybody worked together as a great team. It was awesome. I highly recommend this company.

I’m very pleased with their detailed trimming / cutting / removal of big limbs over my house. They took no short cuts, paid attention to details and did a superior job, much better than a well know company that i’d used for years.

We recently had 5 large trees and stumps removed from our yard using Broad Ripple Tree Service. From the initial quote to finishing the job this company was beyond professional and honest. They completed the work in 1 day and left our yard honestly better than they found it. Our trees were large and very close to our home so this was not an easy job. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their communication was excellent. I quoted with 7 other companies before calling Broad Ripple Tree and they blew away every other company in the area. If you have tree work that needs to be done, call them because you will not be disappointed. I will absolutely be using them again!

I had to write a review because these guys fixed my FENCE (!!!) that was totally smashed by a tree that fell on top of it in our recent wind storms. It was a tough job that removal of old materials, acquisition of new materials, working around a bunch of fiber optic cables still down, etc. Took most of a day, and they didn't give up; it looks great. A bunch of fence companies said they wouldn't come out for anything less than a hefty minimum, so I was grateful Broad Ripple Tree Service helped me out. Jerry also responded, provided an estimate, and got the work done faster than any tree company I've worked with. I didn't catch the name of the guy who actually did the fence work, but he was awesome, too. They definitely earned a call from me the next time we have any tree issues. Thank you!!

The price to remove a tree was reasonable. Quick service and they showed up on time.
Working together, they did a fantastic job. The tree had a huge branch hanging over the roof. The tree was cut down and NO damage to the roof. They even went up on the roof to blow off the fallen leaves. The workers were all courteous and efficient.

I hired the correct service. Very happy and I will use them again!

Assuming they really don't want residential service. Most bigs for our project were in the $600-700 range. Their bid was$2700.

Super pleased. They blew off the roof and surrounding sidewalk from all the wood chips. Also, they took away some extra sticks and limbs from a project we had done ourselves that wasn't their trimming.
