I am very pleased with this company. They were awesome from beginning to end. The crew who came on my property were very professional. Completed the work as promised. I will not only recommend Broad Ripple Tree to others, but I will use them again and again for my tree service needs. Great experience!!

I had a GIANT sycamore to be removed, almost 100' tall and 3+ ft in diameter at the base. I got at least 5 different bids from contractors. Broad Ripple was the most reasonable. After acceptance of their estimate they came out the next week and did the job. In less than a day they had the tree down, loaded and the area raked clean. Quick thorough, professional. I have no qualms about recommending them and will use them again.

Bad experience. Very rude employee. I called this company to get a quote for a large tree branch removal. They said they would show up that same day to provide the estimate. They showed up a day later than they said they would, and the employee who showed up at my door was very rude and rolled his eyes when we said we had hired somebody else. He gave us an attitude and then just walked away. This company quoted almost $200 more than we were quoted by someone else. Definitely will not be contacting this company again in the future.

I asked our neighbors to recommend a good company to get firewood from and BR Tree Service was one recommended. I emailed to get pricing and was responded to within 5 minutes. They only charge $100 for a full rick delivered and stacked, that's great! They delivered same-day and were professional and quick. The other company never got back to me. I highly recommend them if you're looking for firewood! :)

My experience with Broad Ripple Tree Service was wonderful. They allow you to submit your request for a free quote online, then they come to your home and evaluate the work. They leave the quote written on a piece of paper on your door, there is no pressure and it is super easy. The price was very competitive so I requested the service and they came out the next day and removed two trees for me - I didn't even notice they were here! You cannot even tell that I had two large, dead trees in my back yard. They did not leave a mess; they picked up every scrap of bark and branches. I would highly recommend this company.

I was very impressed with Broad Ripple Tree Service! After a cancellation from another company, BRTS gave me an estimate over the phone and completed the work the SAME DAY! We had a deadline, so same-day service was very important to us. Their quoted price was exactly what several other companies quoted us. All of their employees were very efficient and professional. We needed a large tree stump removed, it was 3 ft in diameter, so no small task. They had the proper machine/ equipment to do the job in approximately 45 min (from start to clean-up). After they were done with their work, they cleaned up the yard, sidewalk and the street. I would definitely use this company again- 5 stars!!!!!

Had a huge tree come down on my house day before Easter. They were quick to respond and had a skilled crew onsite for me asap. Cleaned up afterwards and tarped the roof, all for a reasonable $$. Much appreciated.

We had a tree and stump removed from our front yard. Broad Ripple Tree Service did a phenomenal job! They were very responsive, communicative, and professional. The work was beautifully done and they left the yard very clean. The price was reasonable as well. Will definitely use them again in the future!

After another tree service company rescheduled showing up for an estimate a couple of times I called Broad Ripple Tree service and they were out the following day to provide an estimate. The price quoted was very fair and I scheduled the service with them the next day. Stephanie was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. I just returned home after the removal of brush and dead wood trimming was completed and was beyond impressed and happy with the work completed. If you are looking for quality work by a quality company for a fair value look no further

We had a tree taken down after a thunderstorm and Broad Ripple Tree Service caused $2,500 in lawn damage to our property. We had numerous quotes to fix and provided them to Andrea (co-owner), and Stephanie (office manager). They were extremely unprofessional and refused to correctly repair the issues. We do not recommend this company as when they came to fix one issue (downed tree), they significantly created another (lawn damage)

I used Broad Ripple Tree service to remove a large tree on two different occasions about 8 months apart. Both time they were great. The were prompt and did a complete job with no collateral destruction.

We had them take down a large dead tree that wasn't the easiest to access (by our fence). They responded so quickly with every message, gave us an estimate the same day, and got the tree down the very next day after asking to schedule. They also accommodated our requests with it as well! Not only that, they had the yard looking wonderful with no ruts or damage to any of our stuff. We also added in two stump removals the day of, which they did the same day as well. We will definitely use them again if needed and recommend to anyone

This company removed three large trees from my property. They were awesome! They did great work. The crew was super friendly and listened to our requests and needs. The owner came by to check on progress and ensure everything was going smooth. I would recommend them to anybody. I can't stress how good they were. They left our yard in better shape then before they came.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough! From start to finish was an incredible process. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional. Our tree removal was done tremendously fast despite horrible weather recently and a very challenging location, size and age/decay of the tree. We had been very disheartened from multiple other companies who said it could not be done or quoted us 3 times what Broad Ripple Tree Service did. They had the work done within hours and the work area was immaculate when they left. They even went above and beyond and trimmed back a bunch of other hackberry growth they didn’t need to and everything looks so much better! Thank you so much for your incredible work!

1000% recommend Broad Ripple Tree Service. You will find cheaper out there of course, but you get what you pay for. The crew was professional, equipped with proper safety gear and equipment, and took great care to clean up after the removal and trimming of multiple large trees on our property. To that, they were quick and efficient; stump grinding and cleanup were pristine and communication was excellent. Quick turnaround from time of contact to completion of work. Will definitely call them again. Definitely worth the investment; highly recommend!

I was thoroughly impressed with the BR Tree Service team that came out recently, braving the harsh cold (though thankfully it was sunny) to trim my trees and remove one altogether. The project was especially challenging because AES had to lower our power line—which runs dangerously close to the tree being removed—and later put the line back in place. Office Manager, Stephany handled all of the communication with AES. The BR Tree Service crew handled everything flawlessly; they arrived promptly, acted politely, worked efficiently, and left the area clean. Sabina, the site lead, kept me updated throughout the entire job to make sure I was satisfied with their work.
I've hired BR Tree Service for two projects now and remain very satisfied with both their office staff and onsite crew. My neighborhood has a lot of mature trees that frequently need trimming or removal. I will wholeheartedly recommend BR Tree Service.
They managed what I thought would be a difficult situation with relative ease and professionalism.

We have used them over 5 times, for multiple jobs and they always do great work for us, for reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone, for any job.

Only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because I used them last year to cut down several trees and they did a fantastic job but I recently called for a quote to grind the stumps and I was told they would be out the next day. It's now been 2 weeks.

Have used Tree Buddies 4 times now. Best tree service I've ever seen. Very reasonable prices, they do extremely good work and Robert is a great and honest guy. Highly recommend for any service he provides.
