Max did a great job cleaning the carpet in our church's social hall. He was worried that a couple of spots would come back h when the carpet dried, they did return and he came back and removed them. Great service.

This is the best carpet experience I ever had! Very affordable and professional. Not only did they clean my condo thoroughly, they also provided excellent customer service as well. I would recommend to anyone that needs their carpets cleaned.

We had Dwayne out to clean some carpet in our basement and some large areas of tile. He did a great job. Their system was a few stages, chemicals for stains, then a machine to work everything in, then a steam extractor. I've had terrible cleaners come in with what looked like large rental unit and that was it. That is not these guys. My grout was various shades of black and now looks great.

My house has never looked better! Between kids and dogs ruining every inch of my carpet and window seat, I thought for sure it was time to replace the carpet. Elite came in and made it look and smell brand new again! I will always refer them in the future. Also super quick. Within 24 hours of me calling and I know its busy season.

Elite took care of our carpets when we moved to our home. The previous owner had “ruined” the carpets, and we thought we’d have to replace them entirely. These guys restored our carpets and saved us from the exorbitant cost of carpets, pads, labor, etc.

I had my porcelain tile and a dining room carpet with a stubborn red wine stain cleaned. Both rooms were clean, with great results! I wasn’t home when the service was performed, but received before/after pictures at completion. The technician was personable, knowledgeable, efficient and the responsive. If I own or rent another home they would be my first choice. I have already given their contact information to a friend!!

The guys at Elite are amazing. I used them for years in my own home on a regular basis since I have a Great Dane that is hard on beige carpets. I recently hired them to do a move out clean for my mothers home which had stained carpets when she moved into the home 7 years prior and it was such a huge improvement!! I also provided their info to a realtor friend of mine who needed them ASAP for a showing and they really went out of their way to take care of them. I’ve been a client for almost 10 years and I won’t use anyone else.
