My husband and I are selling our home and wanted to give the buyers newly cleaned carpets. Elite Steamer Carpet Cleaner was able to fit us into their schedule quickly and at an affordable price. We specifically had some high trafficked areas in our living room, stairs and main hallway. The technician was even able to get some stains out of the carpet, that we have been trying to get out for years! The carpets looked as good as they did on the day we moved in 8 years ago and they were dry within a few hours.

We needed our house power washed due to algae growth on the north end of the house. Called on a Friday and I was scheduled for Monday. The crew showed up at the scheduled time. We walked around the house to see if there were any issues. The crew covered all of our plants with tarps so the cleaning solution would not harm them. They did a fantastic job. Very professional as well as friendly.. I thought their price was more than reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future and will enthusiastically recommend them them to friends and neighbors.

My commercial roof was black from years of algae growth. I was concerned that washing it would cause damage. Michael explained how their soft wash process was completely safe and showed me many impressive pictures of their work. My roof is back to the original shingle color. It looks so great I’m having them clean the roof next door! Highly recommend.

I recently used Indy Soft Wash for one of my properties that had stains on the concrete hallways and dirt on the siding. We have tried in the past to have it washed and water went in the apartments. Indy Softwash set it up so that it did not go in the apartments plus did continuous checks of the apartments. The concrete looks so good and so do the hallway walls! We were so impressed with their work. I will definitely use them again.
