Stratus does the weekly cleaning at our office and we couldn't be happier with their service! Great price, consistent quality, polite and trustworthy staff, responds quickly to any communication - Santos and his crew do a wonderful job. Highly recommend their services!

Stratus has provided our facility with excellent service. Consistency, communication and willingness to continue to exceed expectations sets them apart from other vendors we’ve used. When we set out to hire a new vendor, we were looking for well-managed services that would require little from our staff – and Stratus delivered. Their system includes routine inspections to ensure the work meets quality standards. We’ve had no complaints thus far. The crew is friendly, respectful and utilizes the communication tools provided by Stratus to keep things running smoothly. We are pleased with the quality of work and would recommend them to anyone.

Stratus has been cleaning our office area, bathrooms & machine shop breakroom & kitchen area for a few years now. Our company switched to Stratus about 18 months ago. Our Stratus crew has been thorough and reliable. Our rep, Olga, stops by at least monthly to inventory supplies and check in to see if we need anything. They offer special cleaning services (carpet, windows, walls, etc.), and we don't have to worry about being here to let one-time vendors work after hours. We would highly recommend Stratus for your cleaning needs!

Stay Away from Coverall!

This company is a complete scam. I was a franchise owner, and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. They took my money, promised support, and then disappeared. No manager, no guidance, no help—just silence while I lost every single account.

They don't care about you. All they care about is collecting your fees and leaving you to figure everything out alone. It's a joke of a company, run by people who clearly have no idea what they’re doing—or worse, they just don’t care.

Coverall is not a business partner. It’s a trap. If you're thinking about investing in one of their franchises, don’t. Save your money and your sanity.
