My heat went out a few weeks ago, when the weather was much colder.
We have an older furnace and was convinced we were going to have to buy a new one. Right at Christmas time that was just depressing.
We called Jeff during the day while we were at work. He was patient as we played phone tag between our breaks. He was waiting for us when we got off work.
Knowing our financial situation he started with the basics and did a complete cleaning of our furnace.
He then was able to narrow it down to a few things. One being a discontinued part or worse case senario a new unit.
We now faced the problem of locating the discontinued part. That seemed to be no issue for Jeff as he was able to locate the part the very next day and had it installed in less then 24 hours from our first call. By the time I got home that evening my house was toasty warm and my wallet was not empty.
The amazing part about this all is that since Premier fixed our furnace, it does not run as long and we do not have to turn the heat up as high.
I know this sounds crazy but Premier saved our Christmas.

Our furnace went out just two days after bringing our new baby home in January. I contacted Jeff at premier based on other reviews I had seen and the other reviews tell it just like I will. I called premier explained the situation with the baby and jeff was at my house the same day. We realized a cleaning wasn't going to take care of the problem so the very next day jeff was putting in a furnace for us. Jeff will go out of his way to help you. He did such a great job with the furnace we had him install a new condensing unit just last week for us aswell. Jeff recently replaced our furnace which was under warranty. We have been using him for the past five years for air and heat maintenance. Parts, labor, efficiency and responsiveness have been great. I would recommended him for install and routine care/maintenance for air and heat.

Jeff is very professional and thorough. He calls every Spring and Fall to get our a/c and furnace ready for the coming season. If we have an issue, which has happened maybe once or twice, he has always come asap. My husband and I would highly recommend him.
