It was such a pleasure to work with Aaron’s Air. Professional, educates and doesn’t push products to get a sale. Saved us money on a product another Heating Company wanted to charge us. We called Aaron’s Air for a 2nd opinion. The other company tried to rip us off by saying we need to replace the part for $1500 and when Aaron came out, he said it was an easy fix and cost us only $100. We will be customers for life and send many people to them.

I’ve dealt with a few companies in the past. I liked them. But Aaron Air was the quickest. All problems solved. I will always use Aaron Air!!!

Aaron has been keeping our equipment in great operating condition for 4 years. We use his annual tuneup service that keeps our furnace & older air conditioner in great operating mode at a reasonable price. We appreciate his expertise, timeliness, & quality work and know he'll be there if we have any issues. (But he keeps those issues at bay.)

Today I heard a humming in my air conditioner and thought oh boy so I turned it off. Didn’t know what to do. I saw on our Facebook page in Miller’s walk that one of my neighbors recommended Aaron’s Air. I got a hold of him. He helped me out by Colin Aaron Aaron called me within an hour and at 2:30. He showed up replaced my capacitor and showed me a couple other things to do with my air condition. I am going to sign up for his Yearly service two times a year. Thorough and explained a lot to me, especially about my filters. Don’t hesitate to call Aaron’s Air for any of your Issues

We were searching for a business that repaired pool water heaters. Trying to find someone that had reasonable prices. After several calls, I spoke with Aaron Schwartz, from AARON’S AIR. I explained the issue, and he asked if I was looking at today, considering this was Saturday, September 13th, 2025. I asked if it would be a higher trip charge since it was a Saturday, he said no. I was given a timeframe of two hours. He called saying he was little ahead of schedule and would could come sooner, which was great. He arrived and went right to work assessing the issue. Within 10 minutes it was fixed. Aaron went over several things. I asked questions and he was very honest. We paid the original amount, nothing more. His rate is far below any of the other businesses I contacted. We would not hesitate to call AARONS AIR, again.

Had a new 2 stage furnace installed April, 2025 by Aaron's Air.

Problems
1. Wrong size furnace delivered resulted in a
rushed installation after correct furnace
delivered later in the day.
2. Saddle valve for furnace humidifier, not
code in Hamilton County, was installed in
pex plastic pipe. Paid plumber $175 to
fix.
3. Above rushed installation resulted in
the 2 stage furnace wired as a single
stage and not able to adequately heat
my home during the recent cold
weather

Aaron has been our Go-To HVAC/Plumber for the last several years. We love the individual service that we get from him! He has installed our new air conditioner at our previous house, and getting us a fantastic deal. He has been there when we have had emergencies, and made himself available on a moments notice.

Fast, informative, great price. Replaced our furnace is just over 24 hours and will only use Aaron’s Air going forward for all our service. I don’t see how you would be disappointed from the service….above average! Great to work with on solutions.

Aaron was on time and was able to order the part and came back the next day and put it on. Now my heat pump will defrost in the cold and I will have heat in my house! I highly recommend Aaron for any HVAC repair or maintenance that anyone might need in the future. He was so nice, accountable and honest. I didn't have to pay him anything it was under warranty!

Panic set in when getting out of bed this morning and brrrrrr, it's cold! Yes, thermostat showed 62° - that's cold on a mid-20's morning! A call out to Aaron's Air and he was here within an hour! Inspected gas furnace and found a faulty gas valve. He also indicated the electronic air cleaner we'd had installed by another vendor had installed it wrong! 🤦‍♀️ He fixed it!

Aaron ordered the part which was, fortunately, in stock and by 12:15 p.m. we were getting wonderful heat! I cannot recommend this company more - 10 stars, at least! Price was very reasonable for us, a senior couple. It's so hard to find good, respectful service these days, but Aaron's Air has us as on-going customers now - and we'll sign up for his maintenance inspection service for 2026.

Aaron was great to work with, was puctual, very personable, straightforward and honest. While here doing another job noticed a issue with our water heater that saved us a potentially huge issue \ expense and was able to get it taken care of the next day. Process were fair and he isn't pushy about "selling stuff". Was very knowledgeable.

Being a small business owner myself it was nice to find someone in this industry that also owns his own business and does great work at a reasonable cost.

Definitely highly recommend him and will be my first (and only) call for all my HVAC \ Plumbing needs.

Aaron and his assistant did an amazing job installing my new furnace and a/c unit in sub zero temperatures. I got a fair quote for the project and a good financing option. My furnace was on its last legs and he even offered to bring over space heaters if it went out before he could be here the next day to replace the unit. I really appreciate the skill, compassion, and professionalism of the work they did to help my home stay warm! I would 100% recommend Aaron and his team.
