Eduardo did such a good job. He was even able to arrive earlier than originally scheduled and within 5 minutes, he had identified the problem. In 20 minutes, he completed his repairs and was on his way. The house is getting so much more comfortable now. Very reasonable pricing. I can’t recommend Darnell and Comfort Pro Heating and Cooling highly enough. In an age of businesses that price gouge, do shoddy work, and treat people like dollar signs, Comfort Pro is a godsend!

This company installed my furnace when I had my house built seven years ago and I’ve been dealing with them since. I reached out “last Sunday 12/7” for someone to come out and check my furnace possibly Monday because it’s leaking water and leaking onto my filter. Tomorrow 12/14 will be a whole week I’m still waiting on a call to let me know if and when someone can come out!! As a “professional company” I would think that someone would’ve reached out to let me know something considering this crazy weather, I have kids and that’s their job to do so in a business!! I know life happens but that’s no excuse not to contact a customer that’s in need…..someone should’ve reached out some kind of way! Let me do add that out of the seven years this company has been professional and on time, but this time here is a bit much too unprofessional and inconsiderate for me!!! I shouldn’t have to bug nor beg a business for their services when I’m going to kindly disregard their business and search elsewhere!!

What began as a blower replacement turned into an entire gas furnace replacement, due to a faulty heat defuser....
I called late in the day on Friday, Darnell came right over, returned Saturday morning for the blower and to service the unit. That's when we found the potentially deadly issue... He gave me a price and was here Monday morning before promised to Install the new unit!
Y'all, please please please, get your units serviced regularly, it's a small price to pay soo issues can be resolved before they escalate, they even have a package for that!
I wish I'd had called them in March when I bought the house, but since things were working, I did other projects instead....

I actually found this company when I needed work done on my A/C and they were the only ones who would quote me directly without a run around or mandatory service fee. My furnace is a menace and seems bound and determined to make me a Mikesicle every winter. This year Darnell and his team made several trips to help me fix it and they worked tirelessly and even waived several fees for service and parts because it was so complicated. I really appreciate the straightforwardness of the management, the fair pricing, and the friendly staff (shout-out to Autumn, Shane, and Eduardo).
