We recently had our air conditioning system replaced by Price Point Comfort, and we truly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish.

From the initial consultation with Brandon, everything was handled with professionalism, honesty, and care. He took the time to walk us through our options, answered all of our questions, and helped us feel confident moving forward with a full system replacement. His clear communication and support really set the tone for what turned out to be an outstanding experience.

Once the work began, Megan and Tyler took over—and we can’t say enough good things about them. They were not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable but also exceptionally thoughtful and kind throughout the process. It was clear that they truly cared about the quality of their work and about our comfort every step of the way.

Knowing we’d be without central air for a little while, they went above and beyond by providing window units to keep our home comfortable during the transition. That level of attention and customer care is rare and something we deeply appreciated.

Absolutely FANTASTIC experience with Price Point Comfort! We have used them a few times, twice on an investment property and also on our personal home. They were honest and great with only recommending what needed to be done, and not upselling us on things we didn't need. Every time we scheduled a time to meet, they were available quickly and arrived on-time. For our personal home, we had our entire system replaced. Every single technician was respectful, kind, and professional (and had a great sense of humor!). Our personal home was a bit complicated. They stayed over 12 hours to ensure everything was working correctly before they left. Price was fair, as well.

I have also recommended them to multiple clients, and every one of them has been happy with the service.

Both men were very knowledgeable and respectful. They went right to work to try and locate our heating problem. The problem was found and will be fixed tomorrow. I would recommend Price Point Comfort to anyone I know. Good job guys!!!!

Having to replace your furnace is not fun nor anything anyone wants to do. However every interaction (Ray the first tech, Jay in sales, and Brian and Duncan who did the install) was great. They explained things in plain language, were professional, answered every question I had, and at no point did I feel pressured to pick a certain option. Whole heartedly recommend! They installed the new furnace in just about 3-hours on one of the coldest days, that along gets them five stars.

We needed a furnace replacement and narrowed it down to Price Point Comfort and one other business. Price Point Comforts quote came in considerably more affordable, and we ultimately went with them. The techs that replaced our furnace were insanely quick- in and out within 3 hours. We are overall happy with the experience, and happy that we opted for a local business. We had an amazing experience with price point. Tyler came & checked out our unit & came to the realization that our unit was pushing 20 years & was due to be replaced. His team came out less than a week later & installed our units. The guys were very nice & did an amazing job.
