Another great experience today. Jake and Landon found a problem that another company had misdiagnosed and overcharged us for, took care of it quickly and took time to explain how we can avoid it in future. Great work and a reminder why we love this place.

The tech Brandon came out to deal with my furnace and dryer vent issues. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Unlike some technicians, he never felt like a salesman trying to upsell me. I understood the issues he found and the solutions he recommended. I would use Summers again after my experience working with Brandon.

Cameron did a great job installing a new garbage disposal. When I called Summers about the coupon to get the fee for the service call, I was talked through the process to get an even better coupon. When I called yesterday to get an estimate for the repair, they were unable to give me one. I wish they could have, because the $344 repair fee was a surprise to me. That was with the coupon for a free service call saving $99.

Leo came out to replace a vanity faucet that is now obsolete. He was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and gave us useful information for choosing a replacement. He was prompt, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable.

Brandon has performed our scheduled service on several occasions. We couldn’t be happier with the service and his commitment to excellence. He takes time to explain any issues and solutions. He is our go to technician. Brandon and Summers have earned our highest recommendation.

Cameron was my service rep who handled my annual plumbing inspection. He was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. II was provided an estimate for some installations as well. I am very pleased with the excellent support from Summers!

I've been using summers for about 1-2 years, pretty happy with the work they've done so far. I have the program where they come out periodically for cooling/heating, and plumbing, which I like to make sure everything is working and catch problems before they become headaches. The HVAC team helped install a return vent and proper flex hose for my AC that the renovators missed, they were incredibly professional. The plumbing team has been out for inspections, and has been incredibly helpful, polite, and not pushy when it comes to recommended repairs/work. Cameron was out recently, he's great! Very efficient, good communication, and showed me what he was doing and what repairs he recommended, i appreciated that!

Cameron came over for a whole plumbing inspection that was desperately needed. He was on time, very professional, and thorough. He communicated the issues we have: one critical and some preventive ones, even showing photos of the problem. He also did a clean up of previous plumbers. Definitely recommend him and Summers.

Today we called summers out to replace laundry valve shut offs. Today Brady with summers plumbing arrived and was very polite professional and educational. Brady informed me of the price I agreed and he proceeded with the work. I could tell my his efforts that he was well seasoned at this type of work. Not only did he make fast work with the job he too was very clean in his efforts. I would recommend Brady with summers for and and all of your plumbing needs.

Don't ever hire Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling.. Here are several more clay piping they left behind after not completing a sewer job. It cost me $5,000 total and today is the 4th time I've spent digging up pieces they left behind...

Cameron was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional! He explained everything he needed to do, and answered all of my questions. He fixed the leak in a timely fashion. He even mopped up the water that was on the floor from the leak. He TRIPLE checked to make sure there was no more water leaking before he left, and I appreciate that type of attention to detail! I'm extremely happy and satisfied with his services! I highly recommend Cameron for all of your plumbing needs!

They replaced my water heater 6 months ago. Its leaking out the relief valve and I called them since there is warranty on this. No one called back. I overpaid for the water heater and they arent calling back when there is issue.

We had a emergency call to get the heat working at my mom's house and a service tech by the name of Corey came out. Best service tech I've ever dealt with. Very friendly, knew his stuff and had us up and running in no time. Extremely nice to my grandparents also. He will be outlet go to guy.

Mark is timely and efficient. He does great work and makes sure everything is good to go before he leaves. Great experience with this company and would recommend to anyone and will definitely use him again in the future. 10/10

Our Furnace motor went out last night , I called them at about 10 and they called back pretty quickly.. I Decided to wait until the next morning .. as it was only about 30 degrees that night and I kept a fire going. We were first on the list at 9 in the morning and got a new motor blower installed in our Rheem furnace before 10.30am.. Good family business...Thanks for the low price and fast service....
