Honestly never had a great experience with many hvac companies in the past I feel they always try to trick you into unnecessary add ons they came out found out my return vent was mostly covered and my unit had frozen up straight talk no tricks easy fix and reasonably priced

Bobby put our HVAC system in 2 years ago which he was great. We had a compressor go out on one of our units. He sent a guy out to take care of us. The issue is that he sent a sub and we didn't know until he was there. We are in for $2k and it's still not fixed nor will DRS take responsibility for the sub they sent. It's been about 4 weeks now with no resolution other than find someone else.

Drs Mechanical Company did a fantastic job refilling our Freon at a very reasonable price. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. I emailed him on a Friday afternoon and he was at my house the very next morning to look at our HVAC system. His pricing is extremely fair as well. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. The guys at DRS Mechanical are THE BEST! They installed our HVAC systems in our new custom build. Bobby took the time to walk us through our entire project and answer all of our questions. We were involved every step of the way, including vent and air return placement. The crew was fun to have onsite and left our jobsite cleaner than when they arrived. The price was also very reasonable. We will be using DRS for all our future HVAC needs. I would give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could! I cannot recommend these guys enough!!

This is lengthy and sincere
I am a facility manager, former carpenter, general all around fix everything kind of guy. I have an understanding of how things work and I have always repaired my own things, so when my 20yr old furnace stopped working and I had exhausted all the repairs\diagnosis I could do, I knew it was time to bring in a professional before heading down a rabbit hole. I knew a replacement was due, but was hoping to get another season out of it. I have only ever had 2-3 service people in my home over the last 20yr and never HVAC, so I didn’t know who to call or trust. Google recommended a highly advertised family business offering a free furnace (not free- $1500 off), so I had them come out to tell me what was wrong and get some pricing. Those guys made me feel like I was buying a car (they started out at 25K), the tech and salesguy talking about my “forever home” on separate occasions,  trying to upsell me things I didn’t need, pushing memberships, wanting decisions and follow up calls, despite my telling them I was not making a decision in the moment. They even told me that the price could change in a week, so I needed to act now and they literally called me the following 2 days in a row, looking for an answer. It was borderline high pressure sales tactics... I am truly embarrassed that I even let them in my home

I was referred to Bobby and DRS mechanical by the HVAC guy I use at work and after speaking with Bobby on the phone, I knew right away that I could trust this him. He had initially told me that he was booked up, but when he found out my address was near another job he was working on, he made the time to come by that day, to meet\greet and look at what I needed.

Bobby listened to me and what I wanted\needed and then offered what he could do and explained how it would go. He answered all of my questions with knowledge and explained things I didn’t know. He simply told me what I needed to replace what I had. There was no talk of memberships, no insistence that I needed air purifiers, electronic filters, humidifiers, etc.. no pressure whatsoever. He laughed at our tiny, 20yr old AC unit with amazement that it worked (some).. LOL, I mean that in the best of ways.

Bobby solidified my trust that evening and reached out the following day with a great quote for what I needed\wanted and not for what he could try to sell me. He told me to let him know, if I wanted him to do the job and did not insist on a follow up call nor appointment. I was sold..

Brian and Ty came to do the install and these guys were just as professional and friendly as Bobby. They worked with the care and knowledge of tradesmen that you want in your home, communicated everything they’d be doing throughout. I trusted these guys so much that I stayed in my shop all day and let them do their job, as I knew I was in good hands.  That is really saying a lot considering I have not had service people in my home.. and yes, they also laughed at our old tiny AC unit, but again, it was in good fun as the new AC unit is nearly dbl the size and I truly understood the laughter upon seeing it.

How’s the new furnace? Incredible! I have so much more air flow and heat than we did before and we can’t wait feel the AC this coming summer as our tiny AC unit did struggle in the hotter months. I have no doubts that this will last me for many years to come and it’s no surprise that I did not need a 25K AC\furnace with all the bells and whistles...

When our AC unit completely gave out Bobby assessed the issue with ease and was there to complete the install of the new unit the next day. He has a great attitude and is really nice to work with!

Bobby and his team upgraded our HVAC and connected into our room addition. Very friendly team that wanted to get the job done correctly. He made sure to get the right equipment and designed the additional supply lines needed to accommodate our new space. Definitely would recommend using DRS for your HVAC needs!
