Very friendly and professional. Robert came to our house to replace a toilet and do some plumbing, and on the spot replaced our outdated, needed to be replaced water heater that we had been putting off. He stayed until the jobs were done which took more time than anticipated, thanks to our 100 year old house, but stayed very cool and friendly the entire time. Definitely will use again!

Did a great job replacing heat pump lines. Mr Robert came through and got my heat working after multiple tries by different companies . He is very professional at explaining what the situation was and how he was gonna fix it.

Absolutely fabulous. Robert came on a Sunday (I had no heat) for a second opinion. Unfortunately my first repair company sabotaged me and tried to exploit me by selling me a $17k HVAC unit. Robert reconnected the wires that mysteriously became disconnected after the first guy and was able to restart my furnace and thermostat. He was incredibly respectful and kind. He was honest and forthcoming. I own several houses…..I have found my new HVAC technician. I’m so happy and grateful to him!!

After having another company no show me twice, he was able to come out the next day and not only fix a problem with the AC, but also told me that something that I was told I needed wasn't necessary. That integrity is hard to find these days! Hoosier Man is my new go to HVAC company.

I called late in the evening because I came home to a strong gas smell. Robert is professional, very nice, knowledgeable and came to the rescue expediently. He immediately figured out the issue and fixed it . He even explained to me how to shut off the main gas line to my house, so that I would have that knowledge for the future. Highly recommend Hoosier men/Robert.

Robert at Hoosier Man HVAC saved us! Heater sounded like a crashing jet engine and it was only a matter of time before it imploded. Robert made it out quicker than everyone else, quickly diagnosed it, picked up the parts, and fixed it under 3 hours! Other companies couldn’t be here until tomorrow. I would highly recommend him! He was a nice guy, knowledgeable, very courteous, and quick.

Amazingly prompt to offer his services, timely and extremely reliable while more than reasonable in his pricing. We are newer homeowners and having someone with his expertise(10+ yr experience) , understanding, care and general charisma was so nice to stumble on through the challenges of our home AC ! It turned out we had a leak that caused our unit to freeze. He diagnosed on the spot had us hold tight until it thawed and not only did Robert educate us for free he fixed our cooling problem on his next available after the unit had returned to normal on the fan setting. We are extremely grateful and will no doubt add his name to our I’ve got a guy list 🤍

Robert was great and came the same day on a crazy busy time of the year. He was super nice and his charges were fair and reasonable . He fixed our AC. It was 91 degree weather and the inside thermostat was reading 81!

Hoosier man did an awesome job explaining everything that was going on with my AC unit. He explained the options I had to fix my problem but I chose to go with a new unit because my old unit was 20 years old. Within a few hours the new unit was installed and I had cold air again. For the size of my new unit the price is (was) right. Very respectful and polite, and he did a great job. Definitely my new go to for Hvac issues.

A couple days ago in the middle of a snowstorm, I Lost electrical power in my home. Once power was restored the blower motor on my furnace was fried. One call to Bobby at DRS Mechanical, and within 24hours I was back up and running!

Amazing service and unbeatable prices, what more could a customer ask for?!
