Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.

I paid for a water sensor in my laundry room and my hvac condensator pump quit working and water was all over my laundry and hallway and the sensor did not sense anything. I had to pour water on it for it to alarm but the light only turned red. Now my floors are ruined and I have to have some areas replaced.

Keith was extremely helpful and informative on helping to get our issues fixed as quickly as possible and giving solutions to help eliminate future issues.

Used coupon for $69 tune up for first time customers. Technician showed me inside of my furnace before cleaning. Stating there is mold in my blower which would have already spread it to my ducts. $69 tune up now has turned into a quoted $3500 repair bill. I was skeptical since I had only been in the home 11 months and the home inspection pictures appeared to be similar to how it looked now with no mention from the inspectors outside of a recommended cleaning.

I used a mold remediation company to take samples and test this "biological growth". Tests returned negative for anything biological and appeared to be corrosion at best.

I would recommend staying away from this incompetent company and using literally anyone else. Summers attempted to take my $69 discounted tune up and pad the bill into a $3500 unnecessary repair. I WILL NEVER USE Summers FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN!

Summers came through when we needed them. Short timeframe and excellent work. Brady was great! Kind, courteous, and knows his stuff!

Overpriced. They wanted $400 to switch out a wax ring for my toilet in addition to the diagnostic fee ($99)

Kevin and Jake were awesome. Spent multiple hours at my house working through each system until they found the issue. Good pricing and great service. Will definitely use them in the future.

I had my tune up on my Hvac done by Jackson Gray today. Not only did it pass, Jackson explained the workings of my system so I could understand. I highly recommend Summers!!

They asked for $1000 to replace a shower head fixture, one of the simplest jobs imaginable. One manager has insisted they are having trouble with their computer and give a refund. Unfortunately their billing department still can’t get working

Brandon was fantastic. He is very personable and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my AC. Brandon found the problem and fixed it quickly. I appreciate his excellent work!!

Jacob and Robin came to clean my air ducts today and were incredible from the time they got here until they left. My house was pretty messy and we had to move some furniture in order to get to a vent, they were very pleasant and professional. They explained what they were doing and allowed me to see what was going on. 100% would recommended these two guys to everyone!

Brady and Leo with summer’s plumbing came and looked at my shower they were very truthful and honest with what they told me. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They got me scheduled as quickly as they could and were understanding of my situation.
