He walked us through what needed to be done and why, and explained it at a level we could understand. He was kind, courteous, and thorough. We were really blown away by the quick after hours response time. We felt the amount we were charged was less than other companies would have charged, so we were very pleased. This is a very honest company that seems to want to educate their customers when they can to prevent future issues. I appreciated the technician sharing information on the things we needed to do for proper maintenance.

I received an email and an enroute message. The appointment was on time and efficient. Jeff commented on questions that I had last fall implying that he has good notes or good memory.

I was looking for a company that was not a franchise. Had gotten a flyer and was going to call to have a service check/cleaning, but my system died. Called them to see if they would be able to come out today. Sometime in the afternoon, so I could be there when they were there. James was there as expected and appreciated my help with troubleshooting the problem. Very well appreciated and thankful to Price Point Comfort.

4 quotes and a week later the wife & I choose a 2 stage 96%
efficiency unit, and they were able to install it later that week.
they are Great people, small local company in the Mooresville/

When the servicemen came out to install our new units just two days later, they were on time, clean and very professional. They did it in less time than we anticipated. They were helpful with showing/explaining how to use the new screen and app to regulate the unit as well.

Price Point came out and replaced both my furnace and A/C. The technicians were on time, extremely professional, and made recommendations to help with the maintenance and upkeep to my new system. The service overall was great as well. They were able to help keep the cost affordable and perform the service quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.

My heater began failing last week when the first cold snap hit. James and his crew came out promptly at 8 a.m. on Saturday to put in our new American Standard unit so we wouldn't be left out in the cold when the second one came along today.
