My furnace went out on below 0 I call him and he suggested some things to try I did and I was really impressed with his advice it got me through the night he came and service my furnace and got it fixed and the charge was really affordable I would highly recommend him

He was at my house same day and had my AC charged in 10 minutes. About $100 (or more) less than the other companies. Overall good experience. Fast and friendly!

John Wofla was polite, courteous. He respected my home...being neat and tidy...cleaning up all his mess. Super reasonable rates...got us up and running Ning in no time. We will definitely call him, from here on out.

He didn't charge me for a service charge to coming! Very curious and respectful. He was very honest by telling me what I needed unlike other service techs. I only paid for what was needed. Very well please I'm his work!

John came out to our house this summer when we were having issues with our AC unit. we did have another company come out actually 2 and both told us we needed to get it replaced. Basically telling us we needed a whole new unit . Now we're talking thousands of dollars not good😡 so we got a hold of john he came out and within 30 minutes had us going and our AC has never worked this great in our house since we've moved here so thank you john me and my husband appreciate your honest work. We have you saved in our phone for ALL our ac and heating issues.
Dont call anyone else talk to this guy he knows what he's doing.

Best service repair ever! Had no idea who to call having just moved into the area. What a find! John was here right away, got on the job and had my heating issues sorted out quickly. John took amazing care of us!! He didn't even charge us a service call charge and came at 10 pm right when I called!!!!! John has been doing our heating and cooling for over 9 years!! We wouldn't think about calling anyone else!! He definitely knows his information!!! He is more than our service man he is seriously so kind like family!!!!! He has so much knowledge on his heating and cooling you won't be disappointed!!

Amazing and very pleasant man. And he really cares about people. I would recommend him to anyone. Came out the same day( on a weekend) I called to fix my central air. Did not charge a service call like other places would. Was very honest at what was needed and only fixed what needed fixed not like some other places fixing things that are not needed just to charge you an arm and a leg. My total repair cost was what it would cost me just for another company just to show up for a service call without doing any work.

Our AC stopped working on the hottest day of the year. We called John and he was here within 20 minutes, got our AC fixed and didn't charge us for his service. We are very happy with Wolfla Heating and Cooling!! Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Darnell came out on new year's eve and diagnosed my unit quickly. With the next day being new years day parts was closed. The next day after he was back with the parts and within about an hour my unit back up and running again. Very reasonably priced and top notch service. Will do buisness with again!

These people are the reason you shop local. They were so fast, didn’t charge an arm and a leg, were SO friendly and did an AMAZING job. Our appointment got rescheduled due to another customers AC going out and we didn’t mind ONE BIT because if our AC went out in 93 degree weather, we would hope they’d come to us ASAP as well. These folks were recommended to us and now we get to pass the buck on as well!

Mr Shannon and his employees are very respectful and attentive to their customers needs. While customer service has declined as a whole, Comfort Pro's professionalism, promptness and timely manner of installation was greatly appreciated.

Update 5/21: just had them install new furnace, ac, and hot water heater. Very pleased with the team of professionals who were in and out in less than two days.

20+-year-old AC flaked out for second time in two weeks on a Sunday. Called and told them it wasn't an emergency but I would like an appointment as soon as possible. They called back Monday morning and came out Monday early afternoon. The company uses a really good booking system that keeps you updated by text including when the service person is on the way.

Professional, wore a face covering as mandated at state and local levels during COVID, outlined the issues and confirmed I was okay with adding coolant, walked through the invoice with me - making sure I understood the steps that were taken to bring my unit back up to working order. Received a copy of the invoice and the paid receipt by email shortly after.

I have asked them to write up a quote to replace furnace, ac, and water heater.
