when I called on wed. the phone was answered right away, the person answered all my questions, was polite and very helpful. Made me an appt. for the next day, I was called a hour before the guy showed up . which was very helpful, the guy was polite, did a great inspection of my furnace and water heater, answered all my questions , explained what he did and what he found , gave me the estimates i requested. I was very happy with the service , Honestly now days I can't even seem to get people to answer their phones , and if they do , its impossible to get a appt. and even then half the time no one shows up for the appt. I gave you a 5 star because you are a 5 star company. Thank you so much this whole process has been stressful before today. Having answers helps allot.

It was a pleasure to deal with this company to have a new tankless water heater installed. After receiving my quote, my appointment was set up for 8 A.M. on Friday and at 7:50 on Friday am the serviceman went to work immediately. Tyler arrived just shortly after and in just a few hours I had hot water. Thank you for your promptness and professionalism. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks me.

Not only did they put our heating and cooling in. They saved my 3 month old kitten who went down the vent and into the ducting! No other HVAC company would do it and the fire department couldn’t do it, but they did. They didn’t charge us anything!!! They saved my kitten!!! This was the best experience! I called when our AC went out. A very sweet dispatcher took all my info and called right back with an arrival time. Someone was here within a couple of hours. They quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part needed with them. The bill was very reasonable especially on a holiday weekend. Highly recommend them.

Wow! Where to even start. Price point may be located in Mooresville, but the fact they would come all the way to Greencastle was amazing. From the office workers to the techs. Such a great experience. Ray, came out out to clean my system. He was so informative: made sure I knew everything I could to help keep my system in good working order. I called on Monday and they came out on Thursday: such a quick response. I will definitely be calling Price Point for all my AC and Furnace needs. Got 3 quotes for a new HVAC system on a slab to replace electrical baseboards with Price Point Comfort being the last quote, and very glad we did. Jay was great explaining everything when he came out to give us a quote, the guys who did the 2-day install were neat and tidy and did a great job, very helpful answering lots of questions and respectful of the home. Good weather with their having to be in the attic most of the 2nd day installing all new ductwork. Opted for the heat pump system, and will be glad come winter months. Great savings compared to other 2 quotes going with them too, with a high quality system as the final product. Highly recommend.

I’m so late in posting this but wanted to make sure we did because the service and our experience with this company was so good. During last summer, We called on a Thursday afternoon to have someone come out and give us a price on replacing our 33 year old furnace/air conditioning unit. Someone was at our house on Friday and the new units were installed by 1 pm the next Wednesday. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. They answered all our questions and made sure we were totally satisfied. We were happy with the entire experience and recommend you reach out to them for a quote if you need service.

Your visit was reassuring for a couple of reasons. First, we probably don't need a new furnace right away. That gives us some 'breathing room'. Second, my faith in the integrity of a business was renewed. I think that Megan is the best repair person who has visited us since we moved here some 5 years ago. I know that this is not something that you want to hear, but, whatever you are paying her, it is not enough! She represented Price Point as well as anyone could. When we get our 6 month visit, I want her again. Thank you for being a company of honesty and competency. A/C wasn’t keeping up around 11 on a Friday night. Coworker recommended price point so i called around midnight and left a message. 5 mins later Tyler called me and I explained what was going on. He had someone there the next morning at 7am on a Saturday. The tech got it going and adv that the unit wasn’t big enough for my house. He had Jay come out the following Monday to go over some suggestions. I ended up getting a bigger a/c and furnace. It was all done in less than a week. Exceptional customer service and super nice people. Definitely recommend if needing any work done.
