My furnace wouldn't come on after last being serviced by Basset back in May. My old HVAC company used to be outstanding but sold to a corporation and now it's no longer trustworthy or reliable. I decided to try Fellowship based on reviews here. I was looking for an honest family run business. Turns out they are everything I'm looking for that includes two sons to take over the business. When my blower was cleaned by Basset it was put back together wrong with wires not connected. The metal assembly that connects circuit board wasn't put back into the correct position as well. Fellowship showed me everything that was wrong, gave me good solid advice and will be taking care of my HVAC from now on.

These guys are extremely kind, responsive, and professional. They communicate clearly, help me understand repair options (and how expensive different options are), and do high-quality work.

Great visit and put our concerns at ease after drain tube blockage cased water to enter filter compartment. All is well and system is performing very well and comfort has improved.

Todd is a rare individual. It's not hard to find technicians with knowledge-- and even expertise. What's often missing (from the 2025 service lineup anyway,) is craftsmanship, reliability, ethics and a heart for customer service. Todd charges a reasonable price (necessary to stay in business) and his craftsmanship is worth every penny. When I hire him, I know that his conscience will guide him to an ethical solution that will bring the most *value* into my current situation, no matter the scope or cost of the project. Hire him-- he's worth it!

We woke up on Sunday morning, on the coldest day of the year, to a cold home and a furnace that was not working. Based on our previous experience with Fellowship Heating and Cooling we called them first, expecting we may have to wait a day or more before they could come to our home, assuming many others were likely having furnace issues as well. But to our pleasant surprise they said they would have a service tech to our home that same day. Alex, our technicial, called in a couple hours to let us know he was on the way. Alex arrived promptly and after listening to our furnace, he stated he was pretty sure he had identified the problem. He was correct and within no more than 20 minutes he had our furnace up and running perfectly again! Alex was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained what had caused the issue and how to prevent a repeat of the problem. We absolutely love Fellowship Heating and Cooling and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking an honost and responsive HVAC service provider.

Furnace stopped working last night called Fellowship this morning. Technician arrived promptly super nice guy very professional took care of the problem and the house is warm and toasty again.
I will definitely call them again next time I have a HVAC problem.

I had one of the national chains come out and told me I needed major work that would cost thousands of dollars. My retired HVAC friend referred me to Fellowship. From the time I called , Stephanie was kind and helpful. Alex and his brother came out the next morning and continued to live up to the Fellowship name and their honest, trustworthy Christian values. He explained along the way what they were doing, finding, and what the cost saving efficient solution was. My A/C is fully operational now and at about 12 times less the cost that the national chain quoted. They were friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. They have found a loyal customer in me,and I will go nowhere else for my heating and Air needs. I would highly recommend them to family, friends and anyone else looking for heating and Air needs. Our technician was very thorough in repairing our furnace humidifier. He recommended Re wiring it so it will run more consistently and efficiently. He is very easy to talk to and work with.

Had no heat on Saturday night. Todd diagnosed the problem over the phone, found the needed part online , had it picked up Sunday morning and repaired in excellent time! Really didn't want to wait until Monday. Great Service!
