Can’t not say enough good things and Roy and Dustin! Both so very helpful in answering questions in ways that I would understand! They also came out last minute to make sure my babies and animals didn’t go without heat during this cold weekend! Highly recommend them for any HVAC issues!

We lost function to our furnace on one of the coldest days this January. By the time we realized there was an issue, we were heading in to nighttime. Roy Rogers was able to send us a tech the very next morning, who was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and was able to get us back up and running so quickly. Cody was excellent! He was very nice, knowledgeable and by all accounts professional. I will say he went above and beyond in our case, working with his team, to get our wire situation and programming handled to get us up and running. A simple tune-up, turned out to be a little more. April 25, 2025- Cody S. Came today and did another excellent maintenance job on our H/C System. Besides all the technical work he dusted the inside of the unit and completely washed the outside. We’re very pleased with Roy Rogers!

November 15, 2024 - Cody came this morning to take care of business. He checked the whole heating system, to make sure everything was working properly. We really appreciate his attention to detail and he always goes above and beyond for his customers.

May 28, 2024- Well as you can see Cody S. is keeping everything in perfect condition. He’s very professional and friendly which makes it nice . Roy Rogers Heating & Air has been such a pleasure doing business with.

I had another company come out and state that I needed a new control panel for my furnace and possibly a new blower motor. I had Roy Rogers come out for a second opinion and I didn’t need any of that. The technician that came out was very professional and nice and I signed up for their service agreement. They also let me know that legally you always are able to have a second opinion on service. I will be using Roy Rogers from now on.

Great company. Furnance went out on coldest night of the year. Went with a local "hvac contractor" at first. All he did was make things worse. Then called Roy Roger's Heating and Air and they professionally helped us resolve our issues. Dustin even came over on a Sunday to help troubleshoot the issues and Roy came over the next day to install our new heat kit and pump. They solved our problem. Highly recommend using these guys as they have integrity and pride with the work they do.

He spent many hours between phonecalls and housecalls answering questions and helping us through our decision on a new system installation. The installation crew was very kind and professional as well. This company truly went above and beyond and continues to be accessible and helpful even after installation. Dustin will make sure everything is perfect and you're completely satisfied. I love my new Trane heat pump. It's so quiet and keeps us nice and comfortable!

Hard to find that nowadays with contractors, but I have been using Roy Rogers for close to ten years and have never been disappointed. A honest independently owned family business where he treats you as one of their own.

Fellowship reached out about their furnace service special and so with the weather turning colder I booked an appointment. Technician was friendly and explained the potential issues to watch out for and didn't push any extras or unnecessary repairs. This is a small family business with father and sons as as the techs, and I really appreciate that. Would highly recommend.

Of all the companies i had give a quote for a new system, Todd was the only one who identified that a hazard existed with the current breaker set up. The installation of a tail panel with the breaker resolving the previous out of code (and dangerous) install was the main reason I went with his quote. Even though my set up was not standard and required quite of bit of fabricating wizardry, the final product met exactly what i was looking for for my new heat pump system.

Technician was highly knowledgeable of our system and suggested some improvements for our comfort. Would highly recommend!
