I recently hired Fresh Air Solutions for vent cleaning, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was professional, efficient, and thorough. The technicians arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and treated my home with care. They removed years of dust and debris from the vents, and I noticed an immediate improvement in air quality and airflow.

Mike, David and Bobby were great! They informed me of everything they were doing along the way. I had all my vents, air ducts and furnace cleaned and sanitized. They were professional and respectful of my home the entire time they were there. I would definitely use Fresh Air Solutions again and hopefully I get the same crew back to my house!

Matthew and Ben did an excellent job in repairing and cleaning the ducts in my home. They communicated with me regarding the process of the job as they repaired and cleaned it. Their rates were also good and they did not add any additional cost or take advantage of me. My house feels like a new one. What a difference in circulation. The heat actually works upstairs!

Don’t waste your time calling others in the Indianapolis area because they will get you in and out at a reasonable price! Their work is so good so make sure you tip and set your next appointment because their calendars fills fast.

I was so pleased with the service from Matt and how professional and thorough he was. He kept me in the loop with everything they did and I was in awww of what my furnace looked like . Thanks to him I will now have much cleaner and safer air to breathe! My dryer vents needed cleaned as well and I had to test it with a load of towels and they dryed super quick as well! Highly recommended!

Mike and Ben came to clean my air ducts, HVAC furnace, and my dryer vent. They were extremely kind and informative!! Mike walked me through everything they saw while inspecting things and then asked me what services I would like based on what he saw. He also offered to sanitize our system! What an excellent team! As soon as they came, they did not even waste a single min to start the work. Moved furniture and found the vents and started covering them. Mike and Dave did an outstanding job and I’m thrilled with the service from Jon Price and F.A.S.T. Within 24 hours of my calling Jon, he had Mike and Dave at my new home to clean the ducts that had not been maintained by previous owners. Because of the conditions the home was left in, I needed this done ASAP- Jon had me on the cancellation list and called me as soon as he realized the other job was delayed. This team is super communicative and ensured I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way by explaining what they were doing (and why) and showing me all the drywall, dust, and other particles removed. They cleaned and sanitized my air ducts, dryer vents, and exhaust fans. They worked as quickly as possible and they were so professional and courteous. Despite having their tools throughout the house and every vent opened, they left it very clean!

My call to F.A.S.T. was worth so much more than the cleaning. Mike identified several things that were not disclosed by the sellers, inspectors, and realtors throughout my purchase process- there is a nonfunctional exhaust fan in one bathroom, a bag in the gutter blocking the downspout, and so much lint and dog hair in the dryer vent. We bet the previous owners never cleaned the dryer vent in the 3 years they owned it since it was built. I believe they saved me hundreds of dollars and stress (and potentially a dryer lint house fire) in my future by the excellent work that they did. I know exactly who I’ll call to maintain my home to my high standards!

From beginning to end, Fresh Air Solutions did a fantastic job! Jon and the team were professional and courteous. After scheduling my initial appointment a week out, they ended up reaching out the very next day because of a last minute cancellation and got in that morning! Even though I couldn't be there, I was able to let them in and Jon walked me through my specific system and what would need to be done. He worked with me on negotiating a great price and sent photos before, during, and after so I felt comfortable and in the loop the whole time. Excellent communication, thorough and professional work, and a lot more affordable than the other guys!

If you're on the fence about getting your ducts cleaned out, don't delay! The amount of dust, pet hair, debris and rodent droppings left over from the last tenants was astounding and disgusting! I'm glad I had the sense to get this done before turning on the furnace. The photos really speak volumes as to the quality of work from Fresh Air Solutions and why you too would get this work done! Amazing job by The John Price. Great work, great results and an absolute pleasure to have in our home. Do not hesitate to buy this or just call the company and have them do the job. Our home is 105 years old and needed to be cleaned. They found not 1 but 2 Grimace happy meal sponge toys from the 80's in our ducts. 😆

Best money SPENT! Mike & Dave were perfect. They educated me on the type of vents and service options I had with living in a rental and were in and out! My apartment smells 10x better in a hour. You smell immediate results! As a woman I felt completely safe and as a customer I felt educated and knowledgeable about maintaining clean ducts until my next service. Highly recommend booking in advance especially if you would like a Saturday.

Mike, Dave, and Ben arrived on time and prepared to the job. I purchased a Groupon to get Air Vents and second floor dryer vent cleaning. Mike explained in detail my options as well as prices without pressuring me for any up sales. All three gentlemen were polite, respectful, and cleaned up behind themselves. I was shown my before and after pictures and was not surprised by all the gunk recovered from my system. I would use this company over and over again as well as recommend them to anyone needing these services done. I almost forgot to mention that the prices are very reasonable/fair unlike some companies that love to charge an arm and a leg. Thanks guys and keep up the fantastic work!!! We love Ben & Matt! Not only did they do a great job cleaning our ductwork, they realized that a lot of our ducts were completely disconnected and helped correct that problem. While it cost more than a simple vent cleaning, it was definitely worth it - it will save us on our electric bill, and we have been warmer ever since! Thank you so much for your hard work. We never felt rushed and the guys were extremely professional.
