Since 2013when they installed my HVAC unit they have been my go to team. They are here for routine maintenance and occasionally for problems that they have taken on out of courtesy like when I called because I had thunder in my ducts.They came out and took care of the problem. Nothing to do with their unit. How kind is that.

Perdue Heating and Cooling was referred by a friend and I now know why. They are fair and ethical in their work and prices.They take the time to help a homeowner understand how to save money in the upkeep of their HVAC system.

Ernie is both very professional and personable. He’s very thorough and explains everything he does. I request him every time I need service.

Customer service has been great. Techs seem to be knowledgeable however I have 1 issue that has yet to be resolved therefore I can't give 5 stars.

The guys that diagnosed the problem and got it running were different than the one who did the repairs and installed the new part. All were professional and polite and got the job done quickly.

Mike Perdue threatened to fight me during rush hour traffic in Glenwood Springs for going the speed limit. He is violent and unstable. Will not hire for HVAC services. Call Climate Control Company instead.

Also, thank you for all your help in updating my HVAC system to brand new, 96% efficient (variable speed) air handler, 16 SEER 3 ton heat pump and air purification system (can’t be too careful with Covid) at such an affordable price! Came home from traveling for Thanksgiving to a broken furance blowing cold air. They got here fast and fixed the problem super quick. Eric was great and very professional. I highly recommend their services.

I have use Purdue HVAC for about 3 years now. They did a new install for me as well as maintenance on a few rental homes. Great service, great results!

My husband and I had an air conditioning maintenance done and the next day our air went out. The next morning they came right back out and found that a mouse had gotten in the outdoor fan and it was electrocuted and shut the air off. We were having an excessive heat warning and they were right on it. Came earlier than expected and no charge - the mouse was not so lucky!

This heating/air service is stellar; I always ask for Jarrod, as he has been coming to my house in excess of 20 years. Very thorough, explains everything they are doing, no hidden prices, and service contract has been key for me.

Perdue Heating and Cooling is a vey professional company to work with. Everyone I talked to and came in contact with were knowledgeable about their products and took the time to explain things if I didn’t understand. The two gentlemen who installed the system were very nice worked well together and cleaned up afterwards. We have had our system for over a month now and it’s amazing how comfortable our house is. I would highly recommend Perdue Heating and Cooling!
