Air conditioning went out. Looked for a local company with good reviews after being burned by Mr Quick in the past. Kept seeing Turk recommended so decided to try them. Called on a Tuesday and was told it would be up to 5 days. But they called us later that day and said they had an opening!

Dustin came out about thirty minutes later. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. He was super knowledgeable and friendly and recommended a couple easy free things

All in all it was a great experience. I'll be using and recommending turk going forward.

Really great experience with Turk. They were easy to schedule, easy to work with, honest and kind. I don't think I'll ever use a different HVAC company.

Came out for a routine servicing call. Matt went above and beyond, checking all the equipment, and he explained in terrific lay terms what each thing was, and what I can do as a homeowner to maintain. I seriously cannot say enough good things about My experience with Turk and with Matt! Kudos to this company for bringing their best every time! 👍

I can’t say enough good things about this company! I called after hours when my AC went out, and they answered right away. They were able to service my AC the very next day. The technicians were professional, friendly, and had my system running again quickly. The price was very fair—much better than I expected for such fast service. I really appreciate their honesty and responsiveness, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work.

I am very pleased with Turk. When I called in to have them explain what I needed, I was treated professionally and kindly. The guy told me I didn’t need the part right away. He answered all my questions without being condescending. I am a 63 year old woman and I truly appreciate it when service folks treat women properly. I ordered the service and Matt was the technician. He too was friendly, professional and respectful. Again, answered all my questions kindly. He was on time, respectful of my floors, and was very efficient. Two very nice young men that are an asset to the company. I highly recommend Turk for your AC/heating needs.

Turk H&C is absolutely incredible! They make you feel like you're their only customer! I interviewed quite a few H&C companies and Turk stood out from the rest for several reasons...their service, pricing, response time and their field crew.
Eric maintains my unit and he is such a pleasure to deal with. He's very knowledgeable, kind, polite, patient, professional and very respectful of my property and my time. It's important to me that I have someone in my home who I trust and who is respectful. Mr. Turk has been incredibly accommodating and very kind as well. As a consumer with a lot of choices I think it's still hard to receive good customer service after the sale, but Turk is the exception. Just an awesome company and wonderful group of people!

Great experience with Turk from the initial diagnosis, to the estimate, the preparation, communication, and then most importantly, the work completed. Thorough, knowledgeable, fair-priced, and prompt service. Thank you Matt, Eric, Justin, Mark Jr, and Mark for making my investment feel like a no-brainer. Our heater suddenly stopped working. I called Turk first thing this morning, and they were able to get someone to us by noon. Very knowledgable, nice and patient. Answered all of my questions (i am a former electronic tech) and offered several solutions besides just replacing the entire unit. I requesting replacing other parts as well that were working but showing wear and tear.
I highly recommend calling them first.

Turk did a phenomenal job of replacing my mom’s aging air conditioner and furnace. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful and friendly, they made me feel like a valued person instead of just another customer. All of my questions were answered in a detailed and honest manner, and I felt very comfortable having them perform work in my mom’s home.

Mark Sr. and Mark. Jr came to do the most thorough pre-installation inspection I have seen, including a full calculation to ensure that the correct system was being installed. Mark Sr. observed a potential issue with condensation in an aging, unlined chimney and called me to advise. He offered multiple solutions, one of which actually reduced the total price. In the end we elected to have the chimney lined for the water heater and to install a new high efficiency furnace.

The installation team was very kind and respectful, and as I am out of state, Justin and Mark Jr. even sent me pictures of the work in progress and final results. All of the work was done on-time and at the quoted price and the team did an amazing job. The new system works perfectly and is much easier for my mom to maintain.

I want to send my sincere appreciation to Justin, Mark Sr., Mark Jr., and the rest of the installation team. It is a breath of fresh air to see a company that puts doing good work and solving problems ahead of selling things. I give Turk my highest recommendation and will certainly recommend them to anyone looking to have any HVAC work done.

These guys are the best. Called late on a Friday without a working thermostat and spoke to an expert immediately. Google search for the problem turned up nothing helpful. Turk said it was almost certainly a simple fuse in the furnace pcb and that $2 fix was it! Thank you for the outstanding service

I called Turk for a second opinion on an issue with my HVAC. Dustin was awesome, extremely knowledgeable and happy to explain everything along the way. He resolved my issue and saved me substantial money. Turk will be my first call next time!

Out of all the good reviews I read on their site, and a referral for them from a major company, I had to be the one who got a bad experience from them my first time willing to try the company out!! Friday I called for heating services and Jason told me that they were very full and he can put me on the list but there’s no guarantee that it can be done this weekend. If they get caught up they will call me, and I said ok. Early Saturday morning I gets a call from Mark that I missed because I was sleep. Twenty minutes later I get woke up by my other half, I check my phone and sees the missed call and voicemail….i immediately listens to the voicemail. Marks says: I was the third person on the list, but mind you, yesterday Jason said they were pretty full and it’s no guarantee that they can get me this weekend! Mark also stated on the voicemail: If you do not want service, please call us back cause we have plenty of people we can put on the schedule! Which I thought was kind of unprofessional and arrogant to say (my opinion) to a “customer!” I immediately called back but didn’t address what he said because I need my furnace fixed and I could do that later! I confirmed that I still want the services and I confirmed my information with him. He then told me someone will come in an hour and I will get a call when they’re on the way……long story short!! My furnace is still not working, I’m still using a space heater and I made an appointment with Peterman Brothers for Monday!!! So hopefully Peterman is NOT like this company and Comfort Pro….BOTH referred to me by the major company Habitat For Humanity!! Prayerfully my pipes don’t bust!! Covid has just left so many businesses being unprofessional it’s sad!!

As I stated in my review, I did call back to confirm I wanted someone to come out and I was told I would be called which no one never called and that’s the reason for my review! I think you responded just to be responding because I left your company a bad review…I literally waited 24hours before I left it about this “24hour” company! And to furthermore prove what I’m saying is true I’m attaching photos of the calls and voicemail from Saturday! When I returned the call “22 minutes” later we were on the phone for two minutes, so how did I not confirm I wanted service in that timeframe….and I consider a furnace not working in this weather with kids in a home a true emergency, I don’t know what THIS company considers a emergency!!

Nat called to let us know he was on his way to do our biennial service. He checked the furnace and outside coil, gave us assurance that everything was good to go. I had questions about temp balance in the house and he helped with how to adjust my echo thermostat and sensors to get the best results. Very professional.

Turk’s HVAC Tech Matt did a solid job! He was very friendly, professional, attentive, and he identified a small gas leak during my routine maintenance. He provided me with a quote on the spot and he took care of the leak. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Turk and I’ll continue to give them my business.

Last year I used Turk’s preventive maintenance program on my 15 year old system. I had no problems.
This year my furnace began showing signs of concern with various soft lockouts. My system maintained the heat set point, but the codes indicated there was a problem. The technician isolated the concern to either the blower or the circuit board. I was clear to the technician and his manager that I was going out of town and didn’t want a failure for heat. His manager indicated it was a better idea to wait for the system to fail rather than replace the circuit board. The technician tested my blower and inspected the coil and had me believe the system would run well with the new circuit board. I opted to install a new circuit board. There were subsequent codes and eventually the blower failed while I was out of town leaving my wife to deal with the loss of heat. The manager could not locate a replacement furnace so I found somebody else to replace the unit the next day. I used to really appreciate Turk and their service, and had they suggested replacing the unit before I left town I would have spent the money with them. Instead we made a fix, the unit failed anyhow, and Turk couldn’t help us get heat to our home. It’s an unfortunate change of events, but it caused stress for my wife who was home alone and for me while I was working outside the country. As I mentioned earlier (and to all the Turk employees I interacted with) the money wasn’t a concern for me, and I wanted to avoid a furnace failure while I was out of town. This event resulted in both a failure of the furnace and a failure for Turk to provide any subsequent plan for replacing the failed furnace.

I love Turk ❤️ heating and cooling. I first encountered them through INHP. Turk employees and there receptionist are polite and well mannered. The workers always do a complete furnace and A/C tune up. Turk employees put on paper shoes up on entering your home. Very very excellent top of the line company. I will recommend my friends and family to Turk. I have one lady already whom will switch.

Had our furnace serviced today, tech was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. We also needed our condensate pump replaced and he had one on his truck and did it while he was here. Great work and great customer service from Turk as always!

I have used Turk Heating and Cooling for several years now. They are very thorough and honest and will not recommend unnecessary services or equipment replacement like some of the other larger HVAC companies will. They do a great job maintaining our HVAC system and are truly customer focused.

Great experience. Had new furnace and AC installed. Were given several options and didn't pressure any of them over a more expensive option, but gave us several options to choose from to get what we wanted. We had a small issue the day after installation and they came back out after hours and made it right immediately with no hesitation. Great service, great price, and great explanations. Won't be going anywhere else for any HVAC needs.

As a new homeowner, it was my first time dealing with heating issues. I was scared because it was cold and things weren’t working, but Eric was amazing. He explained how things work, and now I know how to monitor things on my own. He helped me troubleshoot and fixed my inconsistent heating issue! Plus, he is kind and patient and didn’t try to rush me or overcharge me. I’m so grateful I found Turk!
