Had Kight’s come out to give me a quote on fixing some problems I was having. They were not only super affordable, but also extremely professional and really good at what they did. The technician was efficient and friendly and got my problem sorted out quickly! Highly recommend!

Came out early January and did a decent job. Guy said if he comes back out within 30 days they would wave the call out fee. I called back 25 days later and nice lady on the phone put me on hold and confirmed they would wave the fee. Waited an hour to get a phone call from the tech saying he would be happy to come out if I allowed him to charge me $129 as my 1 and 3 year old are suffering from no heat in the emergency winter storm. Bait and switch company. Thought they were better than the rest but they aren't.

James arrived as scheduled. Replaced the duct work/pipes and was on his way. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Was told Kight is family owned, reasonable and does quality work. Will definitely use this company again for my 25 yo furnace!

Aaron installed a new HVAC unit in our home a few years ago. Our AES bill was around $120 before his installation. Immediately after, our bill jumped to almost $300. Aaron and his team have come out numerous times to no avail regarding this higher energy cost. Aaron indicated that he believed it was the insulation in our 28-year-old home that was causing this energy loss. I have since had a far more experienced HVAC technician with a company in central Indiana come and look at the work that Aaron himself completed. He indicated that our unit has been “Jerry-rigged to the old unit and that the work Aaron complete does not even meet fire code”. He indicated that the insulation is in fine shape and should not play a factor in this energy loss. Therefore, Aaron was trying to double down on his lack of credibility by deceptively profiting from us by fabricating a problem that was nonexistent. I would also like to notate that we have already had AES come out and read our meter, and they stated that everything is working as intended . Rough estimates show that Aaron’s work will cost us anywhere between $35,000 and $40,000 in additional energy costs over the course of this unit’s lifespan. I am consulting with a building inspector to validate this other HVAC technicians claims about the fire code and review my legal options at that point.

Over two weeks we had two different techs from Kight come out to guide us through firing up and operating a truly enormous gas boiler for a fairly complex steam heat system. James (the first tech) did a great job of getting things up and running and looking at typical problem areas and promptly scheduled a follow up with Aaron to give a more thorough overview of the entire system and ensure things were running smoothly. Both were right on-time in the service window, performed their work professionally and thoroughly, and answered all of our questions about a system we were unfamiliar with. We've used several big name service providers in town and never have I been so pleased as with the service we received from Kight. Pricing was extremely reasonable and scheduling with Brittany was quick and easy. Not a lot of places in town will work on a boiler and even fewer are competent. Kight will be our first and only call for all HVAC needs going forward.

Our furnace was acting up on some of the coldest days of the year. From the person who answered my call to my technician Chris U everyone was very professional and friendly. Chris was early and very quick to diagnosis and handle my issue. This is the second time we have used Kight’s and have always been happy with the quality and price.

My husband and I started remodeling our home, which is an older home so when we started tearing down walls for an open concept we ran into unexpected issues. Kights was recommended by a family member and we are so glad we chose them. We called for a quote and James came out and was very thorough in explanation and worked very hard to give us options. Aaron came out to do the work in a time crunch, because we had workers coming the next day. He did great! He was very friendly and gave us everything we wanted! He worked really hard to accommodate us with taking as minimal space as possible out of our pantry to put the duct work.

Kight’s helped us save the day after our air conditioner went out back in the hottest part of July. They were able to diagnose our Water Furnace and get the part for it. There was a hiccup with the supplier of the part, which was no fault of Kight’s.

Outstanding service. Aaron Kight, the owner, came out personally within an hour of my call, driving his own truck in terrible post-snowstorm conditions and quickly fixed our HVAC issue. Later that same day, a separate issue came up and Aidan returned in the evening again at short notice and fixed it at no charge. He even waited 40mins to see if the issue resurfaced! All of them showed real ownership and commitment to customer satisfaction.
