Super cool team of people from talking about options, explaining differences in details so we understood. The install team was good as gold. Good guys that where professional but not stuffy corporate types, they absolutely from start to finish provided a great service. No hidden charges or scams or upselling just bought a product and a service and received what we expected and they repaired a duct that wasn’t even in the quote to ensure our new system operated in its full capacity!

We were selling a rental home and needed a few updates to meet the sale deadline. Kight's immediately responded to our call, scheduled within one day and completed the work by the deadline. The service was done correctly, on time and the customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend Kight's Quality Air.

I hired Turk to install a new heat pump and furnace. They were the cheapest of the three quotes, they used Trane (recommended by Consumer Reports), their installers were patient with my questions, professional, genuine, helpful. The appearance of the work was clean and orderly and no debris left behind. They came back after install to help me diagnose a whistling issue caused by my zone dampers. Also their annual maintenance contracts are very economical and cheaper than a larger company I had been using. I had the pleasure of meeting "Mr. Turk", he still owns his own company and he and his staff, every single person I met, seems to care about providing great service to their customers. Two thumbs up!

Tech Eric was thorough and informative. He explained exactly what was done and why. Especially for a situation we have attempted to resolve with other providers. I’m glad I chose Turk. Highly recommend them.

Thank you to Mark and the whole Turk crew for the great job installing our new mini split Heat & AC system. I highly recommend this company for their honesty, thoroughness, timely service, excellent customer service, and high-quality work.
We upgraded to a mini-split from a very old gas furnace that couldn't be replaced or safely repaired. Mark was very thorough in assessing and explaining our options.
The price that was quoted is exactly what we paid. Once we made a decision and scheduled an installation, they got everything up and running in a day. Thank you Mark, Chris, Matthew, Dustin, Justin and Eric (I hope I didn't leave anyone out). Eric did a great job going over the features and answering all the questions we had.

Stop scrolling, you've found your place. Turk had Eric at the house same day, took the time to do a thorough inspection. Educated me on all things HVAC, and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Turk earned a customer for life.

The fan stopped working on my furnace recently and I called Turk to have them come take a look at it. I had the furnace off for a couple of days and, when the tech arrived and tested it, of course it come on :D He dug deeper and the circuit board that controls the fan was blackened on the back so he suggested that I replace it as that's probably what was causing the issue when it got too hot.

Eric did a great job and also helped save me the costs from some unexpected warranty charges.

I asked for Turk Heating & Cooling to give me a quote for a furnace replacement. Their quote came in significantly less than other quotes and they took the time to explain the options to me and answer questions.

They explained the pros and cons of replacing my AC unit at the same time and provided a build your own system quote that allowed me to choose what was best for me.

When I hired Turk Heating & Cooling, they went above and beyond to make sure they sized the system right by performing a load analysis.

On install, they sent some of their most experienced technicians to replace my furnace and AC. The owner discussed the job and made sure his team did it right. He provided paperwork to use for tax credits and made himself available to answer questions. The install team was professional, quick, and helpful in discussing the new features of my heating and cooling system. They provided their own experiences with similar equipment that they personally own and helped me get set up with control of my new thermostat with my cell phone.

I would highly recommend using Turk Heating & Cooling. I look forward to working with them again on future HVAC needs and maintenance of my new system.

Our AC went out on a Sunday morning on a 90 degree day. We called Turk as they came highly recommended and Greg came out within an hour. He replaced an exploded capacitor and within 15 minutes had our AC running cold again. He was super helpful and explained the issue and some recommendations to keep our 25 year old system running. Highly recommended for any AC repairs.

Even during the busy season, if I call them on something, they can usually make it out the same or next day or the next day. The employees are super nice and respectful of property. I have used other one heating in air companies. In the past, but for the last 20 plus years, I've been using Turk, because of the excellent service.
