Very easy experience. Kights was great at communicating and fixed my furnace asap. Great customer service and friendly service techs.

Honest and reliable service. Had another company out a couple of times and they never fixed the actual problem. Aaron came out and identified the actual cause and haven't had issues since.

Aaron came out at 5 in the morning because we had no heat in the middle of the night in the middle of a snow storm. With infant twins we had to get it fixed and nobody else would come out. Not only did they come out and fixed it but did so at a great rate and in a very professional and kind manner. It was a dire situation and they came through in the clutch in every way possible. If that isn’t 5 stars I don’t know what is.

The two guys they sent out fixed what needed fixed serviced what needed serviced I’m more than pleased with them. On another note, I can’t figure out why the neighbor’s cat came up pregnant. That’s for another time. I’d recommend kites quality air to everyone. They’re the best in the business.

Aaron came out after midnight to fix our furnace prior to a major snow storm. He was great to work with and explained our options well to help us make an informed decision.

They were very polite, all smiles. Very efficient, & they cleaned up after themselves. Our family is very thankful to have our heat back on. Gotta Love Kight’ Quality Air
Last summer the AC went out one evening and someone from Kights Arrived at 5:00 in the morning to get our AC working before it even got hot out.
Definitely give them a call if you are having any issues, they will sort you out.

I called three HVAC service companies in Indianapolis a few days ago, asking to have someone to come to my house to install a WiFi thermostat that I have purchased online. They all declined, and I was told I have to buy the thermostat from them in order for them to install. A plumber gave me the phone number of Kight’s Quality Air. I called them, and they came to my house the very next day. The installation went well, the technician taught me how to use the app. I highly recommend this company. I’m going to have them to service my furnace and air conditioner.
This was last year winter.

Today 5/8/2025. Zack from Kight’s Quality Air came to do a maintenance routine check. I am satisfied with his service. I appreciate he checked everything out and showed me the problems with my furnace. He also teach me about the things I need to know regarding the furnace. I’m going to continue to do business with Kight’s Quality Air.

I had your company come out to replace a compressor in ourmini split heat pump. It was a lot more than I expected so I declined. I appreciated their professional response to my declining the repair .I would use this company again without any reservations .

Started this morning with a 60* house. Called Kights Quality Air and they sent someone ASAP to check out my furnace. After diagnosis was completed by John the reality of my 30 yr old furnace came to light. I was then given my options and went with replacing my poor worn out system with a new one same day with alterations that were needed. John, Jacob, Cameron and Aaron did great work, were professional and had outstanding customer service. Now my home is a nice 70* and I can hear the air from my vents (never have before lol) and feel the air circulation. I will recommend Kights Quality Air to all my friends and family! Thanks guys!!
