Honest Abe’s has done amazing work for us this last month. We needed a new water heater and they were prompt and professional on getting it changed. Then a few weeks later, we needed a last minute fix to our HVAC system and they made themselves available right away to take care of it for a fantastic price. We will absolutely only be using Tony and his team moving forward for all of our needs. They are up front, responsive, fair, and have integrity in everything they do. Very grateful for their help.

10/10 highly recommend! We have been with the same heating and air company since 2010. I needed repair and they gave me an appointment date 10 days out. I had purchased my air conditioner and my furnace from this particular company. I called Tony with Honest Abe’s Heating and Cooling and he came out within a day, the service was great, problem was fixed, and he was so nice!

Tony was excellent! He was quick, efficient, professional and you couldn’t beat the price. Another company tried to charge me over double for the fix. He found the clog right away and had it fixed for me within the hour on a same day call. He also helped with some duct leaks and the temp differential needed for our inspection. Very very helpful and knowledgeable. So thankful we called them!

This is an amazing company. Our air conditioning went out on July 4th, 2025. It was a really hot day and we were looking at a really hot weekend. I assumed that we might have to wait until Monday to get service and I was happily surprised when Miles showed up at our doorstep within an hour of my call. Within a very short time, he replaced a part and we are comfortably cool again. In a world where good service is hard to find, I highly recommend Honest Abe's.

Thumbs down, tech came out said pilot was dirty cleaned it said filter was too thick. Said the furnace ran too long trying to get to the temp thermostat was set on and it went into lock mode! Never heard of that but ok. Well now its not working at all. I have an old cold veteran over here.

During the summer of 2025 we had a whole home mini split system install installed in the home we had just purchased. I have had central air and heating in previous homes, and the mini split system by far will be my choice going forward in any Home we own. To have the freedom to adjust certain areas of your house to a certain level of comfort is great. Each area is individually heated or cooled so the systems aren’t working so hard. It has been extremely cost-effective and efficient in the hottest times of the summer and in the coldest points of the winter. Miles and Tony recommended the system to us, and I am so thankful that we went with it!

The crew at Honest Abe’s were all extremely friendly, professional, efficient, and kind. I work from home so I was home during the whole process and they never stopped working and doing their best to get everything installed. They answered any questions I had and were extremely helpful. They make sure everything was done correctly and Of the highest quality.

I cannot recommend not only the mini split systems but honest apes enough. Any HVAC work we need done from here on out will always go through them!

I am always pleased with my service from LCS the technician was prompt and very courteous. She completed the system maintenance in good time and left everything neat and tidy. I always buy the yearly maintenance plan so they come out twice a year and make sure my system runs efficiently

Mark Harvey did an amazing job diagnosing the problem, presenting fairly priced options, and advising us so we could make informed decisions. He’s wonderful, and LCS is wonderful, too.

My goodness, what an amazing team of people at LCS! Having to replace a furnace is always a big deal for most people and you never know who to trust or what to believe when it comes to pricing and sales of HVAC items. I had been with a big box competitor and quickly found out just how badly I was taken advantage of over the years.

My 14yr old furnace went down this week and a dear friend of mine in the remediation business recommended LCS to me as a reliable, trustworthy company he'd used for countless numbers of jobs, including his personal home. And they certainly did not disappoint. In fact, they went so far above and beyond it nearly brought my wife and I to tears.

First, O'Neil came out and to the house and put us at ease with a relaxed, no pressure approach to choosing a unit. And the pricing was so much better than the big box companies.

And once we'd decided on a furnace, amazing communication from Heather and Austin started to happen with arrival dates and times.

Travis, Dylan, Mike, and Jair came out to the house to install the unit and immediately uncovered a series of issues with my flooring. Previous water damage had caused joists to fail and the entire support to be compromised. It was a miracle my water heater and previous furnace hadn't completely fallen through into the crawl space.

With expert efficiency and peace of mind, they completely rebuilt the structure and prepared it for the new furnace......all while finding more shoddy work from the previous installers (an entire run of ductwork just disconnected, pouring air into the crawlspace). I couldn't believe the things they were finding and showing me.

This team was committed to making a really bad situation as good as they possibly could for my wife and I. They showed up on time, worked their tails off (even stayed late to make sure we had water back on after having to unhook the water heater to fix the flooring).

I will never use another HVAC company again. If you want integrity, courtesy, communication, great work ethic, and extremely reasonable pricing, don't call anyone else!

Sam was great. He was mentoring another technician. They were both professional and very informative. LCS installed my furnace and air conditioner about 8 yrs ago and have serviced them every year since. I would highly recommend them.

There are not enough positive words to describe my experience with LCS. They are compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Their communication is top notch. The previous homeowners had a service plan with them that we ended up continuing. When our heat pump randomly went out on a pretty new unit, they took the time to do two inspections to be sure that was the issue, went above and beyond to have what they could covered under warranty and worked with us on financing what couldn’t be covered. At no point were they pushy or judgmental regarding our finances. Any technician that comes to our house is so professional and friendly. The office staff is always amazing as well. We will be lifelong customers and will recommend them to anyone needing a fantastic HVAC company. Thank you!

LCS Heating and Cooling are a 10/10. The owner made time from his day to come quote us and rectify a mis-scheduling. Then compared to other companies in the area, what they quoted us for was significantly less. Their team also took the time to answer all my questions so that I knew exactly what the service would be and the cost. When the team arrived, they had a little confusion on how to do the job, so they called a supervisor. I personally greatly appreciate this because I've worked with people who would be too proud to do that. I trust someone who knows their limits and isn't afraid to ask for clarification or help - even within their own profession.

For reference - we got our microwave vented out so that it would vent outside and not recirculate.

Had a great experience with HVAC technician Sam. He was very knowledgeable and didn't mind the many questions I was asking. He took the time to explain how my system worked and was courteous.

Sam from LCS came out, and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the main issue with my system. He walked me through everything, and got right into resolving the issue. Had an noticeable difference in my system immediately. Sam is a great, professional, and thorough guy. LCS is my new go to heating and cooling company. They are pricing transparent, and if everyone on staff is as awesome as Sam this is the company to go to. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

2/6/26 Follow up, just had Kells out for a tune-up/checkup. I am overly impressed with LCS, and Kells continued that winning streak! So professional, courteous and thorough. Kells did some diagnostics on my system to uncover the reason behind an airflow issue that recently popped up. Also had some other options and solutions presented to improve the air quality in my home (super dry) I have to say time and time again the people at LCS go above an beyond, no shady practices, no hassle. I am excited to see what the following up visit will bring. If I could rate higher than 5 stars you better believe I would!
