First mistake was using a home warranty that assigned our repair to Honest Abe's. Ac went out on a Saturday, they couldn't come out until Wednesday. When they did, they found a few things that were installed incorrectly. We were told they had to talk to a supervisor about repairs. Probably not covered under warranty. We agreed to pay out of pocket to repair. They said they would get back with us on Wednesday night. Never heard from them. On Friday of the same week, after an email and 4 phone calls to them, we finally got a response that they could be out on the following Monday. All the while temps are now almost 90 degrees, we have had no ac for 6 days now. In short, dont waste your time with Honest Abe. Didnt seem real honest to me. I don't think the repairs were worth their time but did not tell us, just didnt communicate at all. I have used Mr. Quik in the past, and I will be a return customer with them from here on out!

This company is awesome to work for! Not only can I attest to that, but I had a VERY old and outdated furnace that had my electric bill above $600 one month in the winter. Our guys were a blessing when it came to replacing that old massive thing!

Great service by far from previous experiences with other company’s they were definitely better,Carlos and miles took their time to explain everything to me on how the new system would function very professional and finished the job same day

my grandmother had her air conditioner serviced and she told me how thoroughly pleased she was and that a young man named Alec was very nice and she loved how personable he was. very happy that i trusted them to take care of my grandmother:)

Otis and JT came out and were great while installing a new AC unit. Friendly, quick, and made sure everything was taken care of before leaving. Very happy with their install service.

The company Honest Abe has been the best I’ve had yet! They have honest prices for sure. Their staff is incredibly friendly. Jaron answered all my HVAC questions and was very respectful. I highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs!

John came out to my house to fix my heat. He was in and out in under 20 mins. Super nice and professional. This is the second time we’ve used this company and both times they fixed our issues quickly and timely . We will def keep using them for all our needs.

Wanted to get my air conditioner looked at before it gets hot out so I asked around got this company as a reference. They were professional on time and even went the extra mile to help explain the details of things I could do to assist with energy efficiency for my brand new unit. I highly recommend them. I've heard they do great work from numerous people, so had to check them out. I can assure you, they are 100% worth the money. Honest and will not overcharge for work. Very respectful and arrived when they said they would. Also, I will note that I love to learn more about something I don't know much about.(HVAC being one of those things). They were very helpful in any questions I had in regards to work being done. Not only did they do the work to fix my A/C, they explained what went wrong and was able to give me tips to prevent future problems. Highly recommended if you need heating and cooling work.

My company flips properties. Every time we do, we need new ductwork installed. These guys are incredible. You can give them a blueprint and they will be done quickly, efficiently and to the specifications required. After five years we have never had a single issue. They install new equipment at a great price and are very easy to deal with. I highly recommend this company.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Dealing with my warranty company was a nightmare for both myself and Nicole at Honest Abe's, but Nicole was so pleasant and patient and the guys that came out to install my new A/C were very efficient and professional. A+ job guys!

Huge shout out to Ron for helping me with my ac. Was having problems with it what seemed like forever, been through so many other company’s. So it was amazing finally having someone who knew what he was doing! He even took the time to walk me through the process so I knew what was going on. He certainly made the experience a great one! I have never had such an amazing experience with technicians! Jordan, Jaylon, and Otis were very friendly and polite. They were here from 10:30 until 7:30 and did a great job! They cleaned up after themselves which most companies do not. We will recommend Honest Abe's!

We had a furnace go out 5 days before Christmas. Honest Abe's came out. The repairman was timely, kept us updated, explained everything he was doing. And even though it took some time for my home warranty company to get the part in, Honest Abe's went the extra mile to get heat back in our house before Christmas. Highly recommended!

Honest Abe came out on a Saturday morning to fix an HVAC issue on my brand new home that was installed by Airtron after Airtron refused to take any responsibility. Honest Abe was friendly helpful, professional, and did great work. They were careful with our furniture and cleaned up all their mess before leaving. I will ask them to service any HVAC issues that I have in the future.
