These guys are legit! They helped me not get ripped off by another company. They walked me through how they were lying to sell me a $15,000 furnace.

Mine was perfectly fine and needed minor fixes.

They're reasonably priced and honest people. I can't say enough how much I appreciated their help.

Turk Heating and Cooling is amazing! They have very competitive pricing, with a 0% interest over 5 year financing option. They use reputable brands (Trane) for their equipment. If you are looking for a company that isn't going to screw you over and will not take advantage of you, this is the place for you!

Here is my experience:
The heat stopped working on our 26 year old HVAC (1999 original unit from when house was built) about 2 days before the first snow of the season.

We did not start out with Turk, we had another company send a repairman out who identified the inducer motor to be broken. They claimed to replace that would be $2K-$3K, but they had other concerns that might be broken - but couldn't test it without the motor working. They sent a comfort advisor for pricing later the same day. Then we called around to get a few other second opinions. Other companies all required a tech/comfort advisor to be on site, in person to even provide ballpark quotes from a pricing perspective. We had two more companies come out and quote us in person.

We called Turk, and walked them through the first companies findings. Turk quoted us over the phone (drastically cheaper than the other places, like by thousands of dollars). Then they told us to give them a call if we want them to come take a look at the motor. Next morning we called. They came out same day, replaced the broken motor & got the heat on immediately (15 minutes maybe?). Then they gave me the option to either pay for the motor ($500-$600) and call it a day or if we scheduled for a replacement they wouldn't charge the motor & I have heat in the meantime for the snow day.

We ended up scheduling the replacement. They just left my house for the engineering / measurement appointment (about 45 min to 1 hr), and they're coming back next week for the full replacement.

You can tell this is a family owned business who actually cares about the people they service, and not a large commercial operation that just looks at you as a number. They may be small, but they will be certain you are not going long without heat and are taken care of! 10/10 would recommend to a friend! I don't think I will ever go back to another company for heating and cooling!

I contacted Turk about a rattling sound coming from our HVAC system. They were quick to respond and quick to have someone come out and take a look. There were no attempts at upselling and the repair price was reasonable and the heater has never been quieter!

I had a great experience with Turk Heating & Cooling with a recent HVAC system replacement. When I had a recent tune up with a different company for my 17 year old system, it was discovered there was a crack in the heat exchanger and it was time to replace the system. After getting a few quotes I felt comfortable with the options presented by Turk and I am glad I did. They did a great job answering all my questions, thoroughly evaluated my system needs, and were very professional throughout the entire process.

While installing the new system, they discovered and corrected items that needed fixed from the way the original HVAC system was installed, and did not charge any extra for that work. I am very happy with how the new system is running and would definitely recommend Turk.

I am really glad that I found this company, an HVAC Company that does really good work and isn’t only concerned with upselling the customer. So many times I’ve had HVAC companies out, that only want to try to get you to finance a new unit, whether you need it or not. Turk has never been like this, they do really good work at a fair price. I’ll definitely be sticking with them and they have earned my trust and loyalty (rare these days).

Also Matt has been the technician I’ve worked with. He’s knowledgeable and answers all my questions and does great work.

Our story starts like many do, with our heat going out in the middle of winter, on a Saturday no less. We had a couple of space heaters, but the house was still cold, and my wife understandably wanted heat sooner rather than later. I was hesitant about making an emergency call, but I decided to try anyway.

Mark, the owner of Turk Heating & Cooling, answered the phone immediately and told me he could come out the same day. He arrived that afternoon and was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to explain how furnaces work, what was wrong with ours, and what our options were. You can tell right away that Mark has a real passion for his work and genuinely cares about his customers, something that’s becoming harder to find these days.

Mark provided a clear quote and told me he wouldn’t follow up unless we wanted to move forward. He actually encouraged me to get other quotes and even suggested that I not show his quote to other companies, just to see what they recommended. I did exactly that. I contacted a large HVAC company that had been recommended to me, and just as Mark predicted, they did no Manual J load calculation and simply recommended replacing our furnace with the same oversized 100k BTU unit we already had. When I pushed for calculations, they came back with 80k BTUs — exactly what Mark had said from the beginning. On top of that, their pricing was nearly double.

At that point, I canceled my remaining quotes and went with Mark. While the other company offered to match pricing and even add incentives, I valued Mark’s transparency, honesty, and level of care far more.

The installation itself went smoothly. We decided to replace our AC at the same time, and the crew was professional, efficient, and had everything completed in about six hours. Mark installed a high-quality Trane system, which has been a fantastic upgrade over our old unit. He clearly stands behind the equipment he installs and takes pride in doing things the right way.

The bottom line is this: if you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused HVAC company, I can’t recommend Mark Turk and Turk Heating & Cooling highly enough.

I called for a check on my furnace and Turk came out the next day. The tech they sent was named Dustin, and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He did a check on my furnace, found the issue pretty quickly, took care of it, answered all of the questions I had, and gave some very helpful advice. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing HVAC help.

My 20 year old heat pump finally gave in. At first, i called a big company and they quoted me a ridiculous price. At the suggestion of others, I called Turk Heating and Cooling. Their rep came to my house, very low key, polite, and answered every question I had. there price was SIGNIFICANTLY better than the other large company that I had a quote from. The installers came out and laid plastic down in all areas that they walked on and worked around. They were professional and very courteous, really couldn’t even tell they were here. Spoke with I believe Mark before the install, very polite and down to earth. Owner stopped by at the end of the day, he was polite as well. They left the area they were working in cleaner than it was before they arrived. Thankful that a family member and a friend recommended them.

I had a great experience with a furnace replacement with Turk Heating & Cooling from start to finish. Mark and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. The pricing was very fair as well — no surprises or hidden costs. It is refreshing to find a company that provides both quality service and honest pricing. Oh no! We're in Florida and our furnace decided to die during the 14" snowstorm and frigid temperatures. Based on recommendations from our wonderful neighbor and son-in-law, we decided to go with Turk Heating and Cooling. Our neighbor had them install a new furnace in late 2025 and raved about their attention to detail, how professional of a company they were throughout his project and how he loved the performance of his new furnace. When we contacted Turk Heating & Cooling, we were pretty much in a panic because of the frigid temps which resulted in our home dropping to near 40 degrees. They responded immediately by taking household measurements, determining proper sizing and an informative quote. Mark Turk, Sr. addressed all our questions personally. They also provided industrial spaces heaters the same day to prevent water line damage that could have occurred from the forecasted below zero temperatures. The day following initial contact, they installed our new furnace in just a few short hours. Our son-in-law coordinated their efforts and was extremely complimentary of their professionalism and work ethic. We were obviously appreciative of their quick response and answering all our questions via multiple phone calls from Florida. As a result of Turk H&C's quick response we were able to resume enjoying our vacation! Thank you, Turk Heating & Cooling for being a great company!

This company is a bunch of crooks had a part installed for the furnace paid $758 two days later the part goes bad the company will only give me a $300 credit towards the new $4200 unit after my wife says no ( I was not there ) he guilts her and let’s her know we have kids and it’s gonna be real cold my wife calls them later cause the won’t speak with me tells her we chose to have it repaired instead of replaced we were never told that it needed replace until after we had it repaired and they would not refund the money cause they have to pay their people first the salesman took advantage of my wife never again will I use this company or recommend them to anyone

They have always given us great service. They don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need and give great advice on ways to save money while still getting great quality.
